They never showed up to get us. They were on the boat but never came down to talk to us or tell us why there was a delay. They didn't respond to our messages or phone calls and even the TripAdvisor agent couldn't get through to them. Then they had the audacity to tell the safety guy who came off the boat to say that the captain told us to check our booking date. Do not book with them. Worst customer experience. Extremely disappointed and terrible communication.

The whales were really active and gave us a great show. The captain and staff were amazing and very pleasant to be around. We got right into the action and got some breathtaking views and pictures. The breakfast was very delicious and prepared perfectly.

The crew was very nice. They offered us non-alcoholic beverages all during the boat ride and we were given 2 options for our breakfast choices. I chose the guava French toast and it was really good.

While whales weren't cooperating (we saw 2 tails) the overall experience was nice. The boat's crew was very funny and nice. They worked hard in trying to locate whales. The French toast and fresh fruit breakfast was delicious.

Amazing whale watching cruise with professional and knowledgeable
staff and captain operating a clean, well run boat.
We enjoyed an hour plus session watching close a mother and calf humpback whales from as close as 30 yards! Amazing experience!
Need to mention a delicious breakfast served on board!

A nice boat ride, with a surprisingly decent light breakfast since its a relatively small crew doing all this. We saw a couple of water spouts but never got close enough to actually see the whales. Nothing you can do about that, though I appreciate that the captain kept tyring to steer towards the area in hope of seeing them surface. Pleaseant voyage, beautiful skies, etc., just no whales on my outing.

We walked there to Kewalo Boat Harbor. It’s on the corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Ward Ave. The Prince Kuhio is in slip F-30 in the harbor. Very easy to spot the ship. E joy.
