Put us off at the wrong place. Not the one we booked. They insisted that we were in the right place, but the big hotel was obviously not in the back alley downtown. After using google translate at the little-inn they put us off at we got contact again with the taxi company and our actual hotel. We had to pay even more (even though we paid initially..) to get to our hotel. A screaming customer service lady was of no help from the taxi company. Without cash coming from the airport, our hotel Residence Dar Lamia were our heroes saving the day 3 hours later after the first pickup. Thank god we had them. Do not use this taxi service.

Used the service fir airport transportation to hotel. The driver what's app me upon arrival and was waiting outside with my name on a placard. He gathered my bags abd took us to the hotel.

Teníamos la reserva del traslado con Morocco City Break desde el Hotel Riu Tikida Palmeraie al aeropuerto el dia 3/07/2022 y no vinieron a buscarnos.
Tuvimos que buscarnos la vida.
No consejo que lo contratáis…puedes perder el vuelo por su culpa

Great Driver, but they overcharge unsuspecting tourists.

Apart from a great driver, who was very friendly and and made me feel welcome, I feel let down by the company.

The car left me waiting for 30 minutes, and was told he was only assigned the call just as I landed.

Also I was told that due to the distance of where I was staying, there would be an additional charge of MAD 300, on top of the MAD 260 I had already paid. At the time I did not question this, and paid it.

The Raid I was staying in, told me this was incorrect, and the maximum I should have been charged for the transfer was MAD 350, which I was what I paid to go back to the airport.

So beware that they don't try to overcharge you, once you have already paid upfront...

Dear Snj, Thank you for booking with us, You have chosen a hotel that is located outside of Marrakech city, and we've made it clear to you by email that it is business wise unfair for us to pick you up from a very distant location over 20 euros. Because that doesn't cover even the gas expenses. A 26 euros transfer from outside of the city is a good bargain. You can simply fact check this information by making an Uber simulation. And then you will realize that for the luxury service you've had, the price-quality report was in your favor. Even Though, you have suggested that we cheated you out of the 26 euros somehow, in order for us to pick you from outside of the city. We are glad that you have liked our services and the professionalism of our driver. Kind regards, Younes

Safe, secure, friendly airport transfer
Our transfer driver had waited patiently for our delayed arrival. He was pleasant and friendly. Our hotel was a 10 minute drive, we felt safe and secure as the driver navigated the busy moroccan roads. Many thanks.

Impossible to contact!

I booked and paid for a return transfer however, no one contacted me about the return journey. I tried all the contact numbers multiple times and left a message as well. No one got back to me and I never received a call, text or email. 2 of the provided numbers ring but no one ever picks up. The 3rd number provided is blocked and doesn't work. Maybe I didn't know where to look but I couldn't find out how else to contact the company. In the end, I had to book another transfer (with another company) and pay a second time for my return trip. So ... a little disappointing unfortunately.

Driver did not show
We had to wait 45 minutes after landing for our transfer to our Riad and on our return journey the driver did not show. Our Riad contacted the driver who lied and said he had spoken to me and id arranged to meet him at a hotel 20 minutes walk away. Why would I do that with luggage??? We had to pay for a taxi to the airport. Would not use again.

Good smooth trip
Very organized and straightforward transportation for airport to hotel. Would recommend again. Our hotel was only 10 min from airport and ride was smooth and very clean minivan
