Small disagreement at the start, we were called at 1am to tell us that the departure time had been brought forward by 30m

When we arrived from a flight at 9:30 p.m., we spent 1 hour and a quarter in line waiting to leave. At the DNI control, there was only one police officer and the machines were deactivated.

Nos ha encantado la experiencia!
Nuestro guía Hamza ha sido muy amable y se ha preocupado por nosotros en todo momento, nos ha dado conversación y tiene sentido el humor. El paseo en camello ha sido muy especial, el paisaje increíble, la comida riquísima y un placer en general haber podido conocer un poquito más acerca de la cultura del país.

Make sure this is on your bucket list of things to do.
Booking was straightforward and Ibrahim messaged us to confirm the booking and pickup from our hotel. Hamza was our guide for the day and he was fantastic throughout and looked after everyone. The tour was as described but make sure you wear good walking shoes and take plenty of water with you. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you again! We will be back one day 🙏

Incredible experience! Very nice and experienced Tour Guides (Hassan and Al Arabi), who gave everyond the time they needed. The camel tour was fun. The constant view on the mountains was stunning. The walking session in the valleys was also great and offered some awesome views.

This was one of the best excursions I have ever done while traveling. Yousef, our tour guide, made us feel like we were part of his family. He took us to so many locations and explained each one so well. I could say so many great things about him!
This tour was so worth it--we went to the Berber village and camel riding, and even a few other small locations in the mountains too. Best price and tour! I brought my whole family and they enjoyed it.

I went on this trip to the Atlas Mountains with my tour guide Hamza. He arrived at the meeting spot on time and was extremely hospitable, friendly and thoughtful from the start. He took his time to explain the tour, highlighting the significant places with explanations. He guided me to a cooperative where I met with local Berber women who make authentic Argan oils. He even brought the group to his home (Which was extremely kind of him) and offered us some authentic Moroccan tea.
The hike to the mountains was a rewarding experience which I’ll never forget. I left having a real taste of the Berber lifestyle and had a wonderful experience of the Atlas Mountains.
Also, the camel ride was an experience!
One of the highlights was the delicious lunch I had in the heart of the mountain, where we were served a hearty tahguine and an array of seasonal fruits.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the tour - it was a great experience which the staff made more enjoyable.

Which Valleys does this tour go through. Trying to decide between this tour and the 3/4 valley tour.
Is this tour essentially the valley tour with the Agafay desert included ?

I can't remember the names of the valley's but our tour picked us up at our hotel, stopped for a 1hr camel ride experience, went up the Atlas mountains, stopped for lunch in the village, down the other side, through some stunning valleys on the way back into Marrakech and dropped us off at our hotel lobby entrance. For convenience, it was great. We were lucky our tour guide spoke fluent English and had a great sense of humour for the kids (9 & 11). Good luck with your trip, it was a really memorable one for our family.

There is a very long bus trip to and from the Atlas mountains which might test your little one's travel ability. If your child is prone to travel sickness then be prepared for a challenge. Once you get to the top of the Atlas, there is also a mini hike going up and down loose paths, you will need to watch your child really closely. It is around a 5k hike so little feet will get tired. I'm sure the camel ride will be the best part of the trip in this.

Doing this trip on Saturday and still no word of pick up can’t reach them by phone and no replies to my countless emails😕 Booked through trip advisor and wasn’t given option to select a hotel. Is there somewhere central they stop for pick up at specific time ?😐

We were offered via mail to be picked up, then they called us the night before because we were not replying (we had no internet during the day and had booked 2 days in advance only). I remember there was no way to select or indicate the hotel in booking the tour online as well so apparently they contact you later on. Sorry to hear that they're not giving any sign

We are thinking of going at the end of January 2020. How is the temperature, nature, walk and all that is mentioned in this tour in the winter? Or is it summer?

The guy living in a Berber village in the Atlas mountains essentially said they got snowed in and it was impassable during winter. I’d say March/April may be good as hot but not too hot, but I’d check weather reports for those months carefully so as not to be caught out. I imagine it is very seasonal tourism and most tours may only run for certain months.

Hi, When we went on this day trip, we were a group of 4 and were joined by 4 other groups making a total of 16 people in a mini van plus driver and guide.
It would be possible to get a mule for one of your party while the rest walk, but I would suggest mentioning it when you book.
