Excellent communication before the trip. Also, the sudden change of planned date of the trip, was not a problem.
Visiting at a Berber village was really nice experience.
The guide at the mountains was also really nice and experienced. The only thing we found a bit strange, was the price of the guide as we thought it was included in the total price. The cost wasn’t that much, would have been nice to know before.
All in all, could definitely recommend Ali.

Nous avons eu recours aux services d'Ali pour un séjour personnalisé de 8j de Marrakech à Casablanca, Rabat, Meknès et un retour à Marrakech. Il a une bonne culture et parle parfaitement français. Ses conseils nous ont été précieux. Il conduit prudemment, c'est une belle personne, très gentille et serviable qui s'adaptera à vos demandes supplémentaires. Nous recommandons chaleureusement sa société et si vous souhaitez visiter le sud du Maroc il vous confirmera à un ami de confiance. Nous avons pour habitude de prendre un guide privé pour plus de confort et il a correspondu à toutes nos attentes. Un grand merci à Ali.

Excellente journée découverte de la vallée d Ourika, programme fourni, visite d'une cooperative de femme fabriquant de l huile d'argan, déjeuner au bord de leau, escalade vers les cascades de l Ourika sans oublier l'escale chez l habitant pour l'incontournable thé à la menthe.
Merci Ali notre chauffeur pour cette magnifique journée.
Ali est à l écoute, très prévenant bienveillant , chaleureux.
Ali est très professionnel et réactif.
Grâce à Ali nous avons passés un excellent séjour au Maroc.

We had two fantastic tours. Pick up in the mornings was prompt. Ali's English was very good and he gave us loads of interesting facts about marrakech on the drive. Car was immaculate and spacious. Very safe driving. Ourika valley was beautiful. You take a local guide to go to the waterfalls. He was excellent. Great lunch stop, very tasty food. Stop at the berber village was fascinating and well explained.
Also had a tour to Essouria. Interesting day visiting the souk. A massive thank you to Ali for picking us up slightly earlier from our market wanderings when it started to rain and we didn't have an umbrella!
We would highly recommend.

Journée innoubliable, à la hauteur de nos attentes. Monsif est un homme très chaleureux et bienveillant. Nous avons découvert un paysage magnifique. Monsif à fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et à su nous guider et conseiller tout au long de notre excursion. Nous avons apprécié cette journée inoubliable. Le service proposé par Malakane tour est d'une très grande qualité. Ils sont disponibles et accessibles. Les tarifs proposés sont raisonnables. Nous les conseillons à tous les visiteurs et curieux de découvrir la beauté du Maroc. Nous remercions Ali pour sa collaboration et sa gentillesse. Nous vous reverrons très vite !!!

Monsieur Monsif est agréable, toujours un mot gentil, un sourire pour vous accueillir. C'est peu de chose me direz-vous mais cela suffit à vous rendre de bonne humeur pour la journée. Aussi je tiens à remercier aussi Ali pour sa collaboration et accueil.
Nous leurs exprimons notre entière satisfaction et conseillons l'établissement MalakaneTours Marrakech.
Avec leurs connaissances, ils ont égayé merveilleusement nos vacances en tous points de vues !

Myself ,my wife and our 7 month baby had a fantastic trip because of Ali.He was on time and waited for us and ensured we were kept in the loop about everything.Due to having a little baby we had to stop randomly for feeds etc and he ensured everything went well.The tour was amazing we stopped at a local market,visted the valley as well as a local house.Had a great time thanks to Ali. Time at the argan oil location was great too. Ali took us to the the lower parts of the mountains and then Sayed took over and he was great too.Walking up the mountains required good footwear as you will be walking up rocks etc.We did it at our own pace with lots of stops but it was amazing.Altough if you do require an effort with physical activites then do consider this before booking but for us it was fine for us.After this we came back down for lunch near the mountains with a view and then returned back to our hotel. I cannot emphasise how great Ali was and the whole tour from the vehicle to Sayed taking over and the restraunt was great. Thank you for ensuring our son had the best trip as his first experience.Thanks to you brother Ali :-)
