Wondeful Trip with nice people
推荐这家旅行社！活动组织的很好，节奏安排妥当。司机和导游都非常的和善。在沙漠，我们住了豪华帐篷，能洗热水澡。我们还体验了沙漠摩托车，很刺激的体验。每个工作人员都很热情淳朴善良，我想念并感激他们的工作。

Hi Mehdi, well the night at the desert was nice. But the ride from Marrakech to the desert was not that okay. The minibus that drove us didnt have the power to have the A/C on all the way, we asked and the driver said that it had to be turned off to be able to drive up the mountains. while on 45 degrees it was very hot and very stressful. The first restaurant was overpriced and the food was not the best. The driver did not speak spanish and we couldnt communicate a lot. And the next day we thought that we would arrive to Marrakech by lunch time but the driver made another stop and had to had lunch in another restaurant with few to none options to eat. We left by 8 in the morning and we arrived to Marrakech by 18h in the afternoon. 10 hours to get to Marrakech and we stopped in a town that it was not specified in the itinerary. When we booked the tour, it said that it was a spanish group only and we were the only spanish people, the others were italians and french. We were not as happy as we thought and were a but disappointed about the whole experience. By the way, when we booked it, the description said that it only lasted 14 hours, and I think it is best if you advise people that it is 24+ hours and it is best not to do it in July and August if the minibus has no A/C (that on the webside says that you have).

Thank you for your feedback and that's surely taken into consideration and our duty is to check what happened
I've reported the incident of the AC to the transportation agency and they've replied that it was only turned off during the ride in the mountain between Marrakech and Ouarzazate which is totally logical otherwise the engine would have broke. It's done worldwide
Regarding the tour it's 2 days 1 night and it's clear that the second day you can't get back to marrakech before 6:00 PM as it's a long drive that lasts around 10 hours back minimum with the stop included to have Lunch in Ouarzazate and to visit the studio.
For our groups it's not Spanish only it's always a group with all races and languages gathered and where the Driver is not a guide but at the camp, restaurant and also the Kasbah guide speak Spanish or us at the agency if anything is needed in Spanish we can help.

Séjour très sympat dans le désert, guide très attentionné, camp dans le désert très confortable, accueil chaleureux et chambre individuelle agréable. Les visites sur la route sympat, un seul bémol le trajet aller et retour est trop long pour une seule nuit.

We booked this two days trip for Zagora Desert from Marrakech and it was just amazing. Our driver was very skilled and made enough stops to relax and take photos of the mesmerising landscape.
We arrived around 6 pm and camels were awaiting us (a trip of 1 hour with camels) Then we reached the camp. People there are so kindand the dinner was good !
There was also a camp fire with some good music.
Breakfast was very very good !!
And the sunrise before getting to the van with camels !!! beautiful really amazing
All in all the tour was very well organized, and everything was more than expected
It gets a bit cold in the night so bring some warm clothes.
I would highly recommend this tour

On est parti avec nos 4 enfants pour cette magnifique aventure. Notre chauffeur est professionnel et conduit très prudemment.
Les paysages sont magnifiques tout au long du trajet qui dure environ 9h en tenant compte des pauses et des visites notamment Ait Benhaddou à l'aller et Ouarzazate au retour.
Très bien accueillis par les bédouins au désert, qui nous ont ramené à notre camp à dos des chameaux pendant 1h. Le camp était très propres où on nous a servi un bon tagine pour le dîner et un copieux petit déjeuner.
La soirée au camp était bien animée avec de la musique traditionnelle locale autour d'un feu.
Le lendemain matin, vous pouvez aller aux dunes pour contempler le lever du soleil avant de prendre les chameaux pour 30 min pour rejoindre le chauffeur. Pour résumer, c'est vrai que le trajet est long, mais ça vaut vraiment le coup de vivre cette expérience. Je tiens à préciser que nous avons opté pour l'option luxe et nous n'avons pas regretté.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität, wir haben am Boden auf alten Schaumstoffmatratzen geschlafen. Der Platz besteht aus einer Feuerstelle, einem Blechtisch und 15 Hockern. Ich fühle mich total verarscht!

Die veröffentlichten Fotos stammen aus dem Standard und Sie haben dies gebucht, da Sie sich für den niedrigeren Preis entschieden haben und Ihre Erwartungen hoch waren wie in einem Luxuscamp, das für das, was bezahlt wurde, nicht möglich ist.
Vor der Reise haben wir Sie kontaktiert und Ihnen mitgeteilt, dass das, was bezahlt wurde, dem Standard entspricht und Sie sehr zufrieden waren.
Nach Ihrer Rückkehr haben wir mehrere E-Mails und WhatsApp-Nachrichten gesendet, um Ihr ehrliches Feedback anzufordern. Sie haben nie geantwortet. La excursión fue genial, contando que nosotras sólo podíamos quedar una noche en el desierto. Esta fue una óptima opción para recurrir un poco de Marruecos en tan sólo poco tiempo. El viaje hacia zagora fue largo, pero con paradas y visitas y los chicos son encantadores y muy amables.la noche en el desierto fue espetacular, con cena, música y los chicos fueron muy hospitales, de verdad encantadores. Valía la pena hacer la experiencia, sin duda.
