That was a wonderful experience that was exceptionally well-run. Everything went very smoothly, from communication to hotel pickup to breakfast in a berbere tent at the camp. A big thank you to our pilot, who made our trip unforgettable by being incredibly cool, kind, and experienced while guiding the balloon.

wonderful people and a wonderful experience. That is an experience that everyone should do at least once in their lives, and it was particularly beautiful to do it nearby Marrakech in the middle of the desert. The customary Moroccan breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was really kind and professional.

A unique experience you must have in Marrakech! Definitely get up early, but it will be worthwhile. Awesome pilot!

This was the ideal way to round off our trip. From the minute we met our driver at the pickup location until he drove us home, everything was magical. The travel was enjoyable, the greeting at the balloon location was enjoyable, and it was incredible to watch the balloons inflate in front of us. The atmosphere was very serene and pleasant. we had an excellent and generous brunch. Do not wait to make a reservation for this trip.

Magnificent and unusual experience with a superb sunrise on the mountains of the Atlas and a very good Berber breakfast under the tent.

We booked with this company as it states "Max 8 people" and "1 hour flight". Neither of which were met.
We had 16 people cramped into the basket. The pilot said that they have two balloons. Both of which carry 16 people.
We Only had a 45 minute flight.
The pick up and breakfast were good.
The experience disappointing.
We give credit that when we got home we contacted Viator and got a partial refund.

Dear Sir,
First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you had with relation to our ballooning service in Marrakech, which we continually work to enhance for our clients. The fact that you spent less time in the balloon flight—50–45 minutes instead of 60—was due to the weather in the Marrakech area. The pilot did his best to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, but in a respect for the safety conditions related to the weather. We have moved forward with your refund, which you may have received through Viator.
Due to the weather, we used a balloon with a basket of 16 seats instead of 8. This increased weight and power ensures the greatest possible level of stability.
We value your happiness greatly, and many participants have shared their feelings by leaving encouraging remarks on our page.
We hope that this explains the circumstances surrounding your experience in a way that is agreeable to you.
We wish you a pleasant day.

This wasn’t my first balloon ride, but it was my wife’s first hot air balloon experience. So I choose this company because it express that they would have maximum of 8 people in a baskets.
This wasn’t true, they filled their baskets with up to 16 people and with that you have very selective viewing of only what directly in front of you. The actual ride was a little short but enjoyable.

Un super moment pendant notre vol en montgolfière au dessus du désert de Marrakech, le chauffeur est passée nous récupérer de notre hôtel vers 5H10 du matin, puis nous as déposer au point de départ du vol au nous avons étais bien accueilli par le staff, une expérience a couper le souffle.
