We were quite disappointed by the excursion. The driver was very nice and the transport worked well, but the reality of the day trip is not what the description says. When we book a private tour, with the much higher price than the group trip, we expect something personal, individual, special. This trip is exactly the same as the group one, only with a separate private bus. The tourist traps/organized scams are the same. We meet the masses of tourists as we have the same stops, same fake argan oil scam shop, same walk up the hill to the waterfall through the same craft shops. A separate guide (who is completely superfluous), walks with us among hundreds of other tourists stuck and waiting to go through masses of people going up and down on the same unspectacular track up to a very unspectacular water fall. We are then brought to a very dirty restaurant where all the other tourists are also brought. Food is really not good, drinks cost extra. The camel ride is along a road, nice for a few pictures. All in all very disappointing for people like us who tried to avoid mass tourism.

This round trip was perfect from A to Z! We (parents with 2 teenagers) were thrilled - and usually have high standards :-).
Our guide Rob is a well-positioned young man with good English skills and great knowledge, a very good driver and extremely accommodating.
We were quick on the hike to the waterfall, which later earned us one of the best places on the river for lunch.
Great day with a great guide!
Next time we are in Marrakech, we will certainly book more tours with this agency!

This tour was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Zack was an amazing guide, sharing stories about Berber culture while keeping a great pace during the hike. The waterfalls were stunning, but the highlight for us was the peaceful brunch in a local Berber house—it felt so authentic. We left with full hearts and full stomachs!

We had a wonderful time with Abdoul, who made sure our kids (ages 7 and 10) were engaged throughout the trip. They loved the ceramic workshop, especially painting their creations! The camel ride was such a fun experience, and the ladies at the argan cooperative were so kind to show our daughter how to crack the nuts. A very family-friendly tour!

What a day! Our group of friends set off on an incredible journey to the Atlas Mountains, and from the very start, it was an adventure to remember. Youssef, our driver, made the trip so enjoyable with his friendly nature and great sense of humor, keeping us entertained along the way. As we left the bustling streets of Marrakech behind, the scenery quickly transformed into breathtaking mountain landscapes.
Once we arrived, our mountain guide, Obama, took us on a stunning trek through the valleys and traditional Berber villages. He shared fascinating stories about the local culture, pointing out hidden gems and making us feel completely immersed in the experience. The fresh mountain air, the peaceful surroundings, and the warm hospitality of the locals made every step worthwhile.
A real highlight of the day was the lunch—a delicious homemade meal served in a Berber home. Sitting together, enjoying authentic Moroccan flavors with a view of the mountains, was an unforgettable moment.
This trip was the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and fun. We were only in Marrakech for a short time, and this trip allowed us to see so much! From hiking to camel riding, and even making our own ceramic pieces, everything was thoughtfully planned. Mo was an excellent guide, making us feel welcome at every stop

Such a fun experience! Zack and Bob were our driver/guide, and they made the whole trip even better with their humor and energy. The waterfall hike was refreshing, and we had a blast at the ceramic workshop (some of us are definitely NOT artists, haha). The camel ride in the mountains was the perfect way to end the day.

An unforgettable day in the Atlas Mountains! Our guide, Youssef, was fantastic with our kids, making sure they were comfortable during the hike to the waterfalls. The ceramic workshop was a fun surprise, and my daughter loved painting her own design. Lunch by the river was peaceful, and the food was so fresh. Highly recommend this experience!

As a family of four, we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Zack was fantastic—super friendly and made sure we were all comfortable right from the start. Visiting the Berber house was such a special experience. The kids were amazed to see how they live, and we all loved the freshly baked bread and mint tea. Zack took the time to explain everything, which made it even more meaningful for all of us. The hike to the waterfalls was a highlight for our family. It wasn’t too difficult, and Zack made sure the kids had fun along the way. They loved seeing the water rushing down and even dipping their toes in! The ceramic workshop was a surprise hit—the kids were fascinated watching the pottery being made, and we even picked up a small bowl as a keepsake. Lunch by the river was absolutely beautiful. We sat on cushions right by the water and enjoyed a delicious tagine—so relaxing and peaceful. The visit to the argan cooperative at the end was inspiring. The kids were curious about how the oil was made, and Zack explained everything in a way that kept them interested. This trip was the perfect balance of adventure, learning, and relaxation for our whole family.

Bob was such a fantastic guide—he’s not just a driver but someone who genuinely loves sharing his culture with others. We started the day at a Berber house, where we were welcomed so warmly. They served us mint tea and bread, and Bob explained how the bread is baked and the traditions around tea. It felt so real, not like something staged for tourists. The hike to the waterfalls was absolutely beautiful. Bob was patient, checking on everyone and even taking photos for us when we wanted a group picture. The visit to the ceramic workshop was fascinating—I had no idea how much work goes into each piece of pottery! Lunch by the river was like something out of a travel magazine. The sound of the water, the fresh air, and the incredible food made it unforgettable. We ended the day at an argan cooperative, where we learned how the oil is made. Meeting the women there and hearing about their lives was truly inspiring. Bob was so thoughtful throughout the day—I can’t thank him enough for making this experience so special.
