Een top ervaring in een echte Marokaanse sfeer . Hier leer je de gast vrijheid op zijn Marokaans kennen. Je leert de kruiden kennen, enkele Marokaanse woorden en gebruiken . Nadien kan je eten van wat je hebt klaargemaakt en krijg je nog een Marokaanse koffie of berber thee als afsluiter . Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die Marokko wilt leren kennen

Best food I’ve eaten in Morocco! Was so insightful and fun! Everyone was super lovely and it was convenient to get picked up and dropped off from our hotel!

Recently I participated in a Moroccan cooking workshop in Marrakech, and it was an experience not to be forgotten. The workshop started with an introduction to the art of making traditional Moroccan tea. The instructor patiently explained the technique and the secrets behind the perfect balance of mint and sugar.
The highlight of the workshop was preparing an authentic tagine with chicken. We were guided step by step through the recipe and had the chance to mix the spices and ingredients ourselves. The result was a flavorful, well-seasoned tagine that perfectly captured the essence of Moroccan cuisine.
We ended the afternoon by making a traditional Moroccan dessert, which was a delicious end to the meal. The dessert was a tasty combination of sweetness and texture, and it gave a nice rounded feel to the culinary experience.

What an amazing experience! We could not have enjoyed the Lamai Chef cooking class more. The food was plentiful and delicious, the kitchen and setting were beautiful and clean and the chef, Dada Raschida was brilliant, kind and friendly. We cooked Chicken and Vegetable Tagines, traditional breads and salads (including for family members with food allergies and Celiac), and a light and delicious dessert. The best part of this fantastic class, though, was Ci Abdul, who truly made us feel like his family and welcomed us with a traditional Moroccan tea ceremony. Shayma made sure that the language differences were not barriers and happily answered all of our questions. Thank you to Ismail and Positively Morocco for this memorable experience.

The food was delicious, and full of tasty flavors. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. The recipes were clearly and enthusiastically explained. Amazing experience :)

We had a lot of fun. Not only do you learn how to cook in tagine, but they also go through the tea ritual and teach you the proper way to make Moroccan tea, which is way more effort than you might think!

Me and partner have visited Marrakesh for the first time and fell in love with the food and culture. We decided to book a cooking class to learn how to make it at home. We booked through our hotel. Lamai personally picked us up from the hotel and took to his house for the cooking class. Upon arriving we were welcomed by his family and we were just amazed about the whole experience. They served us traditional Moroccan tea with some biscuits and explained a bit about the culture. We were then taken downstairs to the kitchen where we had our own aprons and cooking station. The lady explained everything in so much details and helped us throughout the cooking process. We cooked a chicken tangine, vegetable tangine, made some bread, cooked two different salads and made dessert! I never ate such delicious food in my life! I cannot wait to go back home and cook Moroccan food to my friends and family. We felt so welcome and we had such an amazing experience that I will never forget. Could not recommend this cooking class enough!
