We were with Mostapha, he was really a great guide to hot air ballooning, full of good humor! It was a great time, the timing of the sunrise was perfect, the transport was on time and the barbaric lunch was a 10/10. Take warm clothes too because early in the morning it is really cold when you arrive at the camp.

Was a nice experience, everything went smoothly. We did not have a romantic sunrise but flew through the cloud cover and were then above the clouds - sun, mountains, unforgettable!

It was a first and it will certainly not be the last time we will do a balloon flight. An organization at the top, a magical flight with an exceptional natural setting: sunrise, sea of clouds and Atlas mountains at the bottom.
Really to do and the advantage with Palms Ballooning is that the flight is done in small committee 😉. A must to do in Marrakech!

We were picked up promptly at 630am and driven to the location. We had coffee and cookies while the balloons were prepared, and then it was time to climb on board. We felt the boarding process was a little confusing, as some people weren't sure which balloon they should have been in. This could perhaps be made clearer. Once inside, the pilot introduced himself and went through the landing position with us. After that, we were up, up, and away. A very peaceful experience, floating above the dessert. The real treat came when we went up through the clouds: after a momentary cool spell we emerged from the cloud cover to be greeted by the sun's rays, a sea of balloons and the snow-capped Atlas mountains in the distance. Truly spectacular. After about an hour up in the air, our expert pilot landed us perfectly, and we were driven back to the starting point for breakfast of pancakes, eggs, fruit and coffee around the fire. A wonderful morning. I would not hesitate to recommend Palmsballooning. Above all, safety was emphasised at every step.

Hot air balloon flight was magical.superb experience. super efficient and pleasant organization. Many thanks to Moustapha for his welcome. He was the one who picked us up at our hotel (he showed up at the exact time, 6:30 AM) and he was the one who warmed up the hot air balloon, an excellent driver , we didn't feel anything on the landing. Many thanks to everyone who was on the site. Photographer. Waiter... I highly recommend this activity with this company. Thank you all again.

The balloon trip was really fun and the views were spectacular. The trip felt very safe and the flight was smooth. The weather was perfect and we got great views of the sunrise and other balloons.
