Driver Houssaine is a very good driver and makes sure everyone is happy and entertained. It is a 3hr journey to and 3hr return to Marrakech. Pick up is from the main Marrakech square and not your hotel or riad with contact via your WhatsApp so make sure you have internet access. It is a lovely ancient village with a beautiful waterfall the biggest in Morocco. There are stops along the way to use the bathroom and buy a drink but you must have cash.
The trip when advertised does not tell you it only includes the cost of travelling. Once you reach Ouzard you have a tour guide who you need to pay 25DH per pair for his escort around the village. You then pay for your lunch once at the restaurant about 150DH each person. There is the option to pay for lunch by card. There is a boat which takes you near the waterfall which is 20DH each person and well worth it in my opinion. Lots to buy to support the community and monkeys which you can buy peanuts to feed.
Overall it is a lovely way to see outside of Marrakech. Lovely day out. Thank you Houssaine.

Nice and entertaining trip through the waterfalls.
The guide was very friendly.
Very good food and attention when arriving at the restaurant.
The only thing I didn’t like was that he barely leaves air conditioning in the transport, at least in my area and we spend a lot of heat during the trip

Great tour, we booked last minute the night before. We were collected at a meeting point a 10min walk from our riad, stopped off at a cafe about an hour into the journey for a comfort break and a coffee.
Once at the falls we spent about 3.5hours there, including a walk to the bottom of the falls, a boat ride into the falls (additional charge) lunch which was delicious with an couple of choices and a stop at a Berber house to see Argan oil being made.
Our guide Omar was fantastic, personable, knowledgeable, spoke perfect English and French.
Would recommend for anyone looking for a day away from the hustle & bustle of the city!
(Trip was about 830-1700)
