Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro has been on my bucket list for a long time and I intended on ticking it off before my 30th birthday.
Initially planned a trip of more than ten people but a month to the agreed date everyone had backed out. Since I had all plans in place I went ahead and decided to climb solo. I wasn’t quiet sure on how I will survive when my mental game starts testing me but the Intrepid Explorer team showed up and showed out.
I am thankful for the patience and encouragement that they gave me during the dark hours as we approached Gilman’s. I am pretty sure despite the little energy I had left I won’t have made it without their push.
Their packages are affordable and they supply proper equipment and kind staff who are passionate about walking this life milestone with strangers.
