We had an amazing tour, Pamela organizing and Stanford guiding, both have made our stay in Zimbabwe and Botswana incredible. Organization was perfect and exceeded our expectations, accomodations were really good and comfy & the food was great. Activities were perfectly planned and we still had some time to enjoy swimming pools and relax, perfect holidays! Would 100% recommend.

Todo funcionó exactamente tal como fue planeado, gracias a la excelente disposición de COSMAS, nuestro Guía, que además de cumplir con lo contratado, fue fundamental para recuperar una valija que había extraviado la compañía aérea.
También fue importante la actitud de Pamela, con quien definimos por mail todos los detalles de nuestro tour.
Y el tour en sí es muy recomendable, porque en pocos días uno recorre dos fenómenos geográficos únicos como son las cataratas Victoria y el Delta del Okavango, el Parque Chobe con su abundante fauna autóctona, y Elephant Sands, donde se pueden ver todos los elefantes que uno quiera.

África Zim ha Sido una compañía muy seria. Estuvo dispuesta a aceptar ciertos cambios que se hicieron en la oferta inicial. Las recomendaciones hoteleras fueron muy acertadas.
Me gustaría destacar la colosal y empática tarea del guía que nos acompañó ...Cosmas se ocupó de los traslados con puntualidad y una alegría permanente. No sólo hizo eso sino que se puso al hombro, la tarea de recuperar mi valija perdida en el vuelo. Dos días de demoró en aparecer....sin la gestión dedicada de Cosmas no habría sido posible recuperarla.
Gracias Cosmas, gracias Pamela, Gracias África Zim =)

8 days Safari tour with great guide

We made the 8 days tour together with our driver and guide Cosmas, a really professional guide, knowledgable about the different countries in southern Africa. He is an expert about the parks and the animals, his personality makes it easy even when you need to spend hours in the jeep.
We started in Victoria Falls, local game drive and then Chobe river safaris and cruises.
Then to Maun and Okawango delta via Elephant Sands. Even if we enjoyed a lot the programme, we suggest that the long transit to Okawango delta is improved. Too long time is spent in the car from Chobe to Maun just to spend very little time in the delta. Also we believe the activities in the Delta must be improved.

Amazing tour!

Absolutely amazing tour! 3 of us went, guided by Stanford. He was brilliant, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Felt safe at all times and it was a pleasure to get to know him and learn about the culture in Zimbabwe / Botswana.
The tour was well organised, the accommodation was all well equipped and lovely to stay in. The safaris and trips were all really great.
Overall had a fantastic time on the trip, we will remember it for the rest of our lives and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Breathtaking experience

Words cannot describe how good this tour was and what an amazing time we had. Nothing really prepares you for the experience of being these animals in the wild. The tour includes a variety of activities each one of which will impress you more the one before. Our guide and companion Pamela was lovely and great fun to travel with. She was very helpful nd insightful along the way as well as accommodating to our specific requests.

Would be an amazing adventure to do with children as well.

I could not recommend this trip more. So well worth it.

Fantastic Operator and an incredible trip!

We booked our 8 day safari experience with Africa Zim and are so happy we did! From start to finish we felt very supported by our guides Blessing and Sheila. Virgin Atlantic lost our suitcase and when it arrived the next day Blessing went and picked it for us immediately, he was always easy to contact over Whatsapp and gave great advise. We started in Victoria Falls and then went from there to Chobe (Kasane), Elephant Sands, and onto the Okavango Delta (Maun). It was just an all round amazing experience. In booking the safari, I dealt with Pamela over email who was always quick to respond and tailored our holiday to be more affordable for us. Africa Zim tailored hotels and lodges to our price range which meant we could afford to have the trip of a lifetime :)

We stayed at Nguni Lodge (loved it), Travelodge Kasane (very like a British Holiday Inn), Elephant Sands (probably a completely unique experience in the world and a lot of other tour operators don't offer this I found) and Sedia Hotel in Maun (we adored this hotel, some of the best food I have ever had).

We greatly enjoyed the experiences which included Zambezi Sunset Cruise, Game Drives and a full day out in a Mokoro Canoe and Walking Safari through the bush tracking zebra. Blessing and Sheila drove us between the various places we stayed and had meals with us (taking us out to interesting places) on the occasional evening. We learnt a lot about Zimbabwe and Africa from them. We always felt safe and had good direction.

I strongly recommend Africa Zim, they are great hosts, know all the local operators very well and we always felt safe and well catered for. Not only that but i found them to be a very affordable operator, run by authentic people. It really was the adventure of a lifetime!

Book with Africa Zim!

I found the 8-Day Chobe and Okavango delta tour while surfing the web. I once watched a show on National Geographic about the Okavango River and wanted to visit it. I did not dare to directly book a trip on the other side of the world, so I forwarded the idea to the local tourist agency in Slovenia. Looking back now, worries about the reliability of the travel with Africa Zim Travel from Zimbabwe were unnecessary. The entire trip went according to plan. My wife and I are very grateful to our driver and guide Cosmas, who fulfilled our every wish. Even though we had to extend our trip by one day due to flight connections, he arranged for us to extend our stay at the hotel in Maun and also took care of transportation to the airport - despite the fact that he had to return home himself after completing the planned tour. Therefore, the seemingly challenging journey was a real pleasure. I would recommend Africa Zim travel and their Victoria Falls to Okavango delta package because the good organization allows you to see a part of Africa that is not on the usual tourist routes - in a very short time.

Perfectly happy

Right from the start when he picked us up, our guide was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and as discussed beforehand. He always adapted the programme to our wishes and we also had time for last-minute plans. The time flew by, even on the long car rides. The hotels and the rooms were always the best and the tour guides were also very good. I can recommend them as we were happy as can be.
