I booked a guided city tour in Addis Ababa with Liyu Ethiopia Tours and our tour guide, Yhun. It was my first visit to Ethiopia, as well as Africa. During our tour, we visited Entoto Park, Unity Park and were amazed by Ethiopia’s rich cultural heritage and natural beauty.
Our first hunger was satisfied at Efoy's Pizza House near Bole-Atlas, which offered a variety of super-delicious choices. However, the highlight of our trip was dinner at Asabet, a fish restaurant managed by the amazing Chef Yohanis, who is considered one of the superstars of African cuisine. He was trained by the legendary Chef Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France.
My stay in Addis was super delightful, and I want to thank Yhun and his team for making it an unforgettable, happy experience.

Yhun knows everything you could want to know about mercado in Addis, and showed us areas we never would have seen on our own! Along with being very knowledgeable he is extremely passionate about sharing his home city and country with visitors. Highly recommend!

Back in Ethiopia with some friends who have never been to the country, I booked a city tour with the best tour company in Ethiopia! If you had suggestions (like I had), Yhun can create an itinerary around what you are looking for, especially for some new sites that were not in Addis the last time I was there (such as the Zoma museum, and different restaurant choices). If you need to book a tour, Liyu will listen to your suggestions and create a "unique" experience for you!

Had a great time. It was above expectation. I would go there again, definitely recommend! We went to Entoto and did activities like zipline, wall klimming and making enjera at a restaurant that called Kategna.

Extremely realiable company. Liyu was very attentive since the first moment, trying to reach all my expectations. He even called me to make sure that he had all the details about my stay and my wishes in Addis Ababa. Always worried that I could have the best and safest experience in Addis. Jimmy was the best guide ever, too. Very polite, corteous and with a great history and general knowledge. I will definetely reccomend the company to all the friends who want to visit Ethiopia.

An amazing experience. Liyu, our guide, was knowledgeable and entertaining, providing interesting facts and stories about the city and its nightlife scene. He took us to some of the best bars and clubs in the city, and we had a great time trying new drinks and meeting some lovely people in a secure enviorment. The best part was that we didn't have to pay cover charges at any of the places we visited, which saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend this pub crawl to anyone visiting Addis Ababa and looking for a fun and unique way to experience the city's nightlife.

Was an excellent tour, customised for our short & sharp visit!
We saw a lot considering it was a holiday, and got gorgeous hilltop views.
