我的梦想成真啦！
我害怕开放水域，但我一直梦想与海豚游泳，能在它们的自然栖息地看到它们。哪怕在三次跳入水中并试图瞥见它们之后，能看见它们真的是太棒啦。因为我离它并不太近，所以看到的景象并不清楚，但还是值得的！我仅仅看到它们7秒就被带走了！！

Incredible and once in a lifetime
One of the most incredible tours we have ever done. The staff are amazing and so knowledgable and the boats are brilliant too. Great size group and we were lucky enough to see wales and swim with dolphins. The company clearly care about the marine life and make sure everything is done in a safe way for both you and the animals. It’s expensive but so so worth the money. We did another wale watching experience that wasn’t a patch on this one.

De wekker die om 5 uur in de ochtend gaat om op tijd te zijn voor de tour is het meer dan zeker waard. We hadden al snel dolfijnen gevonden op zee en gingen daarna in groepjes van 4 met een van de crewleden het water in. Het was een onvergetelijke ervaring! Daarna gingen we verder de zee op, opzoek naar walvissen, er werd veel informatie gegeven over de dieren en de oceaan. Al snel hadden we walvissen gevonden en het was echt geweldig. Een van de crewleden bood aan om vanaf de bood onze telefoon (met onderwaterhoesje) in het water te houden om zo een filmpje van onderwater van de walvis te maken, en het beeldmateriaal is echt geweldig. Er was veel respect voor de wilde dieren, en dat was fijn om te ervaren. Daarna gingen we ook nog snorkelen bij een rif, waar je de mooiste vissen tegenkwam. Een onvergetelijke ochtend!

Excellent, well organised trip
Excellent trip. The two guys that took us were great at explaining safety measures and what the trip would involve. They quickly located some sperm whales and we watched them for about 45 mins before heading to a bay to look for dolphins and in arrival we saw many, including some spinning. We were also able to swim so could bite them underwater. The whole trip was amazing.

Best tour of our holiday
Our tour was excellent. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We were fortunate enough to see 3 sperm whales, one of which stayed on the surface with us for nearly an hour. We also very successfully swam with dolphins and snorkelled around the reef.

Watching the other boats on the water I definitely felt more confident in our guide than some of the others. We also witnessed some tours allowing and encouraging their clients to swim with the whales, which is totally illegal to protect the creatures. Our guide quite rightly would not allow that, which I appreciated.

Our one criticism is that there was no food provided at all. Twice on the website it says food is included, but then on the ticket it said excluded. Considering the tour runs from 07:00 to 12:30, breakfast and lunch times, no food is disappointing.

Brilliant trip with ethical outfit
Great trip. Sidney and Jordan were great guides seeking out whales early on (including mother and baby whale) and totally respecting them unlike other companies who surrounded them and sent in their guests to chase after them. Very respectful and knowledge about marine life. Jordan took me out to swim with the dolphins as I hadn’t yet caught sight of them so I had a special experience. Thanks Dolswim despite an hours trip to Grande Rivière from hotel @ravenala attitude it was more than worth it.

Must be experience
We were really lucky. We have met whales after leaving to the open sea and we have seen many of them. Our ship respected them more than the other tour operators who chased them. Than we met dolphins just few minutes later. Snorkeled on the shore and went back earlier on our request as we have seen everything. There we only 6 of us on the boat plus two guys who took care of us.

Faszinierend!
Das tollste Erlebnis was ich hatte. Wir waren nur 5 min unterwegs und hatten das Glück einen Wal mit Baby zu finden. Der Wal fing auf einmal an zu spielen, indem er gesprungen ist. Es war wirklich toll! Den Tieren wurde viel Respekt entgegengebracht. Wir haben zwei Stunden bei den Walen gebracht, danach sind wir auf die Suche nach Delfinen gegangen. Dort konnten wir einige finden und konnten mit ihnen schnorcheln. Ein Erlebnis was wir nie vergessen werden.

Ambivalent, Geduld erforderlich

Ambivalent. Gehen Sie bitte mit nicht allzu großen Erwartungen in dieses Event. Wer aus dem Wasser springende Wale, dicke Foto-Events oder reines Individualschwimmen mit Delfinen erwartet, wird eher enttäuscht sein. Das hat auch seinen Grund. Man kann sich z.B. bei you tube Videos ansehen, was passieren kann, wenn man Walen zu nahe kommt. Es ist wie eine Safari, man hat Glück und sieht Rumpf und Flosse oder eben nicht. Wir hatten Glück. Man braucht aber Geduld; deshalb für Kinder m.E. nur eingeschränkt geeignet. Die Jungs machen aber einen guten Job und mühen sich, die Wale zu finden. Die Motorboote sind zwar wendig, m.E. aber bei leichterem Seegang schon etwas für Risikofreudige. / Das Delfinschwimmen war zwar schön. 1. Zum Glück war ich der einzige an Bord, der ins Wasser wollte, hatte somit ausreichend Zeit (ich stelle mir das schwierig vor, wenn alle Insassen da plötzlich rein wollen, wenn eine Herde angeschwommen kommt) 2. Es waren bei uns mehrere Boote von unterschiedlichen Anbietern vor Ort. Die Tiere kommen natürlich nicht freiwillig, sondern werden mit den Booten schon leicht zugeführt, wobei man dann aber ganz schnell ins Wasser muss, um in den Schwarm zu kommen. 3. Leider ist die Verweildauer im Scharm sehr kurz, da man bei Dolswim eine Schwimmweste tragen muss und man so beim besten Willen kaum hinterher kommt, also ein Sekundenspaß. Auch hier werden Kinder wohl kaum schnell reagieren, geschweige denn mithalten können.
Fazit: Gut, kann man machen; die Buchung über Tripadvisor von Deutschland aus erscheint mir angesichts der Angebote vor direkt Ort teuer.
