We had "5-Day Pearl of Africa Chimps and Gorilla Trekking Safari" tour and it was very well organised and with a good "off season" price. The choice of the lodges was very good and more than we expected from a budget offer. Our driver/guide Benon was kind, planned everything perfectly, listened to our wishes and he was a good resource of many information about Uganda. He also managed one critical situation very good: There was a truck stucked sideways on our way to Bwindi and he payed some local guys to dig the hill for like 2 hours so we could drive around that truck.
All the daily experiences were amazing with gorillas to be the best of all. It was such a good experience to see those endangered animals just living their lives, eating, playing. It was magical.
Thanks again to Home of Africa for such a good vacation.

Me and my partner did the 5 day safari trip with Home to Africa and it was fantastic. It saved us so much time on researching good places to stay, do tours with, places to eat and organising getting from A to B because Home to Africa sorted everything. I found the driving consistently safe and our guide would stop at view points if we wanted to take photos and he had an impressive knowledge of local birds and wildlife which was fantastic. By the end we had a lovely fun friendship with our guide Benon who ate with us for all our meals and was always ready and waiting to pick us up after gorilla/chimp treks. He even negotiated on our behalf if we thought we were being overcharged for things. He was also incredibly dedicated to ensuring we saw all the wildlife on our game drives. I am recommending this trip to everyone.

I want to thank Home to Africa for the most amazing tour of Uganda. Amos our guide was absolutely fantastic. He had such good knowledge, was kind helpful and enthusiastic. We saw everything we hoped to see and more and we couldn’t believe how good the value for money was. Every lodge was amazing, food was great, car was comfortable. Home to Africa were also very very responsive. We would recommend Amos and Home to Africa to all fellow travellers. We hope to travel with them again soon

We enjoyed a 5 day safari with home to Africa. Communications with the head office was smooth and prompt, the planning was flexible and professional. Everything turned out as agreed, and we are pleased with the reliability of the operator.
Our tour guide Karim was great. He is lovingly friendly, entertaining, and knowledgeable. Client satisfaction is his absolute top priority, and we are happy to have concluded the safari with him.
Accomodation, food, and all tour components were great. Although labelled a budget Safari, everything felt pretty luxurious. Full recommendation without hesitation from our side.

What an amazing safari! Our guide Danny was the absolute best. He was so easy to spend 6 days with, always on time, the extra effort to make sure I got the photos I wanted, made sure we were well taken care of everywhere we went and speaks great English. We had lots of laughs and made memories to last a lifetime. The sheer number of animals we saw and the beauty of Uganda were beyond my expectations as was the customer service everywhere. We loved our tour with Home to Africa. The experience was made easy with lots of information and a very knowledgeable and capable driver. The 5 different places we stayed were all very welcoming and accommodating. We LOVED our time in Bwindi and the gorilla trekking was definitely a highlight. Considering everything we got to see and do I feel the price was very reasonable. Our it driver Patrick was excellent.

From our initial contact to ask for information till our airport drop off, our guide as well as everyone we spoke to at HTA were very helpful and made this trip easy for us. Our guide Amos is a young man that everybody seems to know in Uganda ;)) Very polite and extremely knowledgeable, and a very able driver too.
The tour was a 5 day gorilla trekking, and HTA were more than eager to accommodate our picked destinations and activities at a very competitive price.
Uganda itself is among the most beautiful countries we have been in Africa, with abundance of wildlife and the kindest people. Great food too!!
Seeing gorillas in their natural habitat with the least possible disturbance to them was definitely the highlight of our trip and surely among the most cherished experiences of my life!
The tour was a 5 day gorilla trekking, and HTA were more than eager to accommodate our picked destinations and activities at a very competitive price.
Uganda itself is among the most beautiful countries we have been in Africa, with abundance of wildlife and the kindest people. Great food too!!
Seeing gorillas in their natural habitat with the least possible disturbance to them was definitely the highlight of our trip and surely among the most cherished experiences of my life!

Our Uganda experience was unforgettable! Derrick, our guide, took great care of us and took us to the most beautiful places through half of whole country. The accomodations were always beautiful and we were treated exceptionally. The safaris and trekking were amazing, the nature incredible. We saw so many things, we will not forget this trip. Derrick introduced himself to us as the best guide and he definitely lived up to that!
