I really love this Nepal Ayurveda Home. Here they give the opportunity to undergo an Ayurvedic detox in combination with yoga and procedures. Shirodhara, massage and sauna is fantastic, everyone should try it in their lifetime. I recommend trying it here. Because here everything is very clean on the energetic and physical plane. Delicious vegetarian treats every day. You feel full of positivity because all the people here are relaxed and happy. Everything unnecessary simply disappears, and in return for this you are filled with pure energies in a very beautiful place!

After certified yoga teacher training course i sign up for two weeks Ayurveda detox course which is really amazing. I got daily massage and many other additional Ayurveda therapy. The master detox Virechana really cleanse my belly. After detox I am feeling I am being more young and healthy.

The experience was completely rejuvenating. I had an ayurvedic massage and it was absolutely soothing. I would definitely visit again for this soulful experience ♡

I was suffering from my constipation since long time. I got the treatment from Nepal Ayurveda Home and now my problem has gone. Thanks for your support. I highly recommend this place for the ayurveda treatment in Nepal.

It was two weeks amazing yoga and Ayurveda detox course whch cleanse me physically and mentally. Ayurveda and panchakarma are very traditional way to detox body. Yoga and meditation is effective to detoxify mind. This course change my lifestyle. Now i am doing yoga at my own home. Meditation i learn here is really helpful to balance my emotional lfe.

While returning from a trek, a friend suggested for massage along with some yogas.Luckily, I found this place. I took 14 day Ayurveda course along with the yoga detox retreat, which was very helpful to take away all the soreness from the trek. The place is wonderful, friendly staffs, variety of delicious delicacies, serene location, a whole package which will certainly give you a memorable experience. If you are in Nepal, don't miss it.

Nepal Ayurveda Home is a such amazing place. I have done an Ayurveda Training Course for 17 days and this experience was one of the best of my life. Everything was perfect! They have a very friendly staff, delicious vegetarian food, the owners are so kind, the people from around the world whose stay there are so nice and the location is in a very calm area. I do recommend you to have this unforgetable experience, it's really worth it if you are in Nepal. You can study or just stay for some relaxing days and have good therapies as massages, shirodhara, panchakharma, yoga classes, meditation. It's a wonderful place with great people.

After my yoga teacher training in Kathmandu i was searching the place for Ayurveda and detox then i sign up for two weeks course of Ayurveda detox. It was my absolutely amazing experience with this course to detox my body and harmonize mind and soul. It was great to prevent the problem as well as its very nice to cure some my medical problems. The course is well with full of information and love and care. I like to recommend who travels in Kathmandu.

I have done two weeks Ayurveda and yoga course.I am very satisfied with the service. Location is perfect in Thamel. All the doctors, staff, therapist and staff are lovely.i have few medical problems I got great healing. This is great place for yoga and Ayurveda course.
