We are very satisfied with the organization for the trek the guide was a great help he organized our breakfast lunch dinner and lodging and he the porter also was very helpful

We are very satisfied of our trek in Nepal
Fifteen days we walk around the circuits the place where we stay was very good we have breakfast lunch dinner
The guide and porter are very helpful the make all our arrangements and organized all our days in the treks

I have been coming to Nepal regularly since 2015 and I have known and used Saran for just as long. He is an extremely kind and considerate person. On two separate occasions i have been in sticky situations and Saran helped me in both.
The first of which was when the huge earth quake happened and I got stuck up in the Annapurna Region without any contact with home. Saran was in constant dialogue with my family which I couldn’t be more grateful for.
And then again in 2020 at the very beginning of the Pandemic. Instead of taken my money and sending me on a trek, Saran advised be to return home which in the end spared me getting trapped in the country when the boarders were sporadically closed.
On top of this, Saran has organised trips for me in multiple different regions of he Himalayas as well Kayaking, jungle walks and multiple visits to various Nepali regions.
Saran is an exceptional travel agent, but more than that he’s a terrific friend! There’s haven’t been many months over the last year where i dont get a message from him asking if my and my family are all well.

I have trekked twice and visited Chitwan National Park, Bhutan and Tibet from Kathmandu and cannot fault any of the experience of the staff of the company or arrangements they made. The respect, the care given and the encouragement from Saran and his employees is exceptional. They genuinely love showing their country to their clients and want them to have the best and safest experience every time.
Arriving in Kathmandu can be confronting the first time but there is always a smiling face from the company to take you out of the hustle and bustle and get you to your hotel. A complete briefing about your upcoming experience is given and nothing is rushed. If you forget something in packing, you will be shown where you can get what you need and prices in Nepal are better than home. Nothing is a problem, just ask.
During all of my experiences I saw first hand the care, professionalism, guidance, knowledge and assistance with any issue during, and sometimes after, the time you are in Saran and his company's expert hands.
Saran has great knowledge of his country, respect of the people in the mountains, the trek terrain and can provide history and information along the way to ensure your trek is the best you will experience.
Nepal has a special place in my heart mostly because of the caring and humanity I have seen in my time there, along with the adventures I have had with Saran and his team.
I recommend you do the best for you, by travelling with this team any time and on any trek or tour they have on their list of fabulous itineraries.
Do yourself a favour visit Nepal for a safe and unforgettable experience. Karen B

I did Everest base camp trek with Nepal Heaven Trek and it was definitely one of the best experience of my life !
Everything was perfectly organized and Saran and his brother took care of everything from the beginning to the end of my trekking experience.
I could really trust Saran and his team and I could not have imagined a better and more professional and reliable agency regarding many things (preparation before the trek, advise, professionalism, problem solving issues and, above all, humanity) they really are great people who will stay in my heart.
I highly recommend them to live a safe and unforgettable experience in Nepal !
