A great sighseeing tour of Bangkok.

Our guide was great, very easy going, helped us with an itinerary for the day and provide great insight an interpretation of the various temples and sights around town. We were able to see and understand more than we would have ever could have if we went without a guide. Highly recommended.

Excellent Country to visit. Make sure to visit Pratunam Market, the Buddha temples, bobay market, city tour and weekend market with a ride in sky train.
We had a really enjoyable stay with marvelous food selections.
Its quite safe to street foods and a god variety too.

Excellent way to explore Bangkok
TK is a truly amazing guide. He was right on time when he picked us up, had a detailed plan ready for the day based on our preferences, and was super knowledgeable about every detail. He is also beyond friendly, LOVES a good popsicle ( it was super hot out) and he even laughed at my bad jokes, too! Definitely will recommend him to friends and family when they come to visit.

Best Bangkok tour!

Oil was incredible! We did a 8 hour tour and got to visit so many landmarks in a short amount of time because she knew the city so well. We rode tuk tuks, a public bus, multiple ferries - experienced it all. There is no way we could have visited all these places on our own in such a short amount of time.

Highly Recommend Rika!

We had an amazing day with our private tour guide, Rika. She was truly wonderful.
She picked us up from our hotel and took us by sky-train and then via hop-on hop-off boat to Wat Arun. She showed us how to purchase tickets for the train and subway, and how to read the maps so that we were able to get around on our own for the night and following day we spent in Bangkok, which I really appreciated.

We rented traditional Thai costumes to take photos at Wat Arun and Rika took beautiful photos for us. She gave us a lot of information about the history of the temple and taught us about the various artwork & architecture and how it correlated to the time period in which the temple was built. Out of all the tours I have taken in Thailand, I learned the most about Thai culture and the various sights on this day because Rika was so helpful & informative. We did SO much on this day but it did not feel rushed at all. You can make this day as packed as you want, and since we only had a 2.5 days in Bangkok, we wanted to see a lot. Rika showed us around everything we wanted to see and she planned it out so well and efficiently that we got to see everything and we had extra time to buy snacks and souvenirs from local shops. She also recommended a lot of local restaurants to try in Bangkok, and gave us tips for our visit to Chiang Mai as well!

One of the best things about this tour is that you have the option to customize the tour as you see fit. We had already been in Bangkok one day, so we had seen some of the major attractions. This tour allowed us to pick which sights we wanted to see with a guide and choose our own adventure. Additionally, Rika had some recommendations to help guide us and make sure we didn’t miss anything.

I would recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and comfortable, breathable clothing as it does get hot and you’re out walking a lot. If you’re going to visit temples, there is a dress code and women must have covered shoulders and skirts/pants must go below the knee. Bring cash, water, sunscreen, and a hat/umbrella to shade you from the sun. Also bring a tote bag or backpack to carry souvenirs that you buy along the way. Note that many restrooms do not have toilet tissue or soap, so bring some tissues and hand sanitizer with you too.

If you can request Rika as your guide, you should do it! She is great and you will learn a lot and have a wonderful day.

Tour of Bangkok with Sunny/Prin

Our full day trip to Bangkok with guide Sunny (aka. PRIN) was nothing short of exceptional. Sunny was incredibly accommodating to our needs, ensuring a personalized experience for our family. Not only did she take care of every detail, but she also showcased her dual talents as a guide and a photographer, capturing memorable moments throughout the day.

Sunny's thoughtful planning catered to everyone's interests, making sure our itinerary included activities suitable for each family member. From exploring local cuisine to sampling drinks, visiting the grand palace and temples, and even accommodating a visit to a local Muay Thai stadium, she provided a diverse and immersive experience of Bangkok's culture and traditions.

Her attention to detail, coupled with her enthusiasm for sharing the city's highlights, truly made our trip unforgettable. Sunny's expertise and dedication transformed our day into an enriching and enjoyable adventure, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Bangkok.

Fabulous day in BKK…

Yourthaiguide were extremely responsive and helpful when I first contacted them about organising a tour. They tailored the day to exactly what we needed. They also organised our transfer from the airport to the hotel in BKK.

We did a one day private tour with Guide Joker. He was absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable and informative . We did some sights we’d seen many years ago (without the benefit of a guide), and his information made it so much more interesting. We caught ferries, walked and went on a long boat to get to the places we wanted to see. He was very accommodating to our wishes for the day and very easy company. The tiny local Thai restaurant he took us to for lunch was amazing.

Absolutely highly recommend Guide Joker.

Ein absoluter Traum, mit Führer interessanter. Man kann sich aussuchen, wohin es gehen soll. Unser Führer Oakky war so belesen, wußte die besten Orte und Aussichtspunkte und fast kein Thai Englisch. Empfehlenswert, da man auch über viele Dinge fragen konnte und philosophieren. Für ihn musste man auch kein Eintrittsgeld bezahlen, da er die große Touristenführerlizenz hat.

Private guided tour with Peach!

It was our official first day in Bangkok and it was great! Our group of 8 did the private guided tour with Peach, who was amazing! She guided us on where to purchase items, helped tour the Grand Palace, got us rides on many modes of transport from train, to long-tail boat. She assisted me with various questions about culture and language. Peach is very informative with the ability to be able teach various Thai elements to us, to where we would understand. It was perfect. She also picked an excellent restaurant for our lunch, and finally guided us to a place to shop for jewelry. I will be back and I will definitely do this tour again and hope Peach is available. She set our welcome to Bangkok off right!

A great day in Bangkok

My husband and I spent the day exploring Bangkok with Joker and had a great time! He showed us how to ride the public buses (chaotic but fun) and shared a lot of rich history of the temples and royal palace. We wanted an authentic Thai food experience, and he absolutely delivered on that as well, taking us to a great spot we wouldn't have discovered on our own. Would highly recommend!
