We had a great trip with Army and driver Mr Kai. We left right on time. The tour wasn’t rushed and we spent the right amount of time at places for our tastes - not too long, but enough to see things and take in the atmosphere, while still having enough time to visit quite a few stops. The boat trip around the island was a wonderful way to relax and see a glimpse of riverside life - you could really imagine what it must have once been like when the river was the key route connecting people. Army gave us a lot of really interesting history and stories and just all around did an excellent job. He took many great photos with us at various spots. Mr Kai’s van was spotless and luxuriously comfortable. We were given fresh cold water at every stop and cool towels to freshen up. Army helped us buy some interesting foods to try in the market that maybe we would have been more hesitant to try to order on our own. He also recommended some places to go in Bangkok. On our way back they really helpfully dropped us off where we wanted on the way. All around highly recommend this tour with Army and Mr Kai.
Tip: we were so glad we took the 7am start option. We saw the first couple of temple areas almost to ourselves, before big tour buses started to arrive.

Our guide Aey gave us a wonderful day. She was friendly and accommodating and could answer any question without any problems. Her English was excellent and we would do this tour again and again with our guide.

I created this tripadvisor account because I wholeheartedly endorse this tour, especially due to Sunny and Mr. Victor. They were prompt, meeting me at my hotel, and were considerate to stop by a pretty nice rest stop to hydrate and get snacks before our day.
Throughout the tour, Sunny was an excellent communicator, with a deep knowledge of Thailand and Ayutthaya, and having 1-1 time with her to ask questions was very educating and entertaining. Without asking, she also happily volunteered to take pictures of me and my wife, and sending them quickly after the tour. She took care of us well, making sure we had easy access to restrooms and was flexible with whenever we wanted to get lunch. Witty and helpful, she is the Thai auntie I wish I had!
Mr. Victor was equally hospitable! His car was extraordinarily clean, and he has calm, steady driving through the chaotic streets of Bangkok. He took care of us well, giving us iced bottled water from a cooler and giving us wet towels to refresh ourselves after coming back from the boat tour. His lunch recommendation of a local favorite boat noodle stand was one of the standout highlights from my time eating in Thailand, really excellent food frequented by majority locals - book the tour to find out where!
Easily the most easygoing, stress free, knowledgeable, and enjoyable tours I've had the privilege to be on. Fantastic to interact with the local Thai, who are just as much fun as visiting these awesome old relics.

Touring the spectacular ancient city of Ayutthaya with Army (our knowledgeable, accommodating and kind guide) and Tod (our safe and well trained chauffeur); made our day very special.
Army’s historical knowledge and genuine pride of his culture made the tour very interesting.
He even took us to a traditional, non touristic, reasonably priced local boat noodle restaurant and a traditional local market where he recommended we try traditional sweets.
I truly appreciate Army and Tod for making our day so very special and memorable! Thank you (Tod) for also keeping us hydrated with mineral water and wet wipes, taking our photos whenever we requested and giving us toilet breaks!

Our guide was Johnny. He was excellent. Very kind and knowledgeable. He knew all the good spots along the tour for great pictures! Never rushed us. We had plenty of time at each location as well as during lunch. Johnny and his driver took very good care of us by supplying hot cold towelettes to refresh in between spots and plenty of water. AC in the car was very good, especially today when it was 100 degrees F!
Definitely recommend Johnny! It was a great tour!

Kim and our driver Mr. V were fantastic. They were punctual and very professional. Ayutthaya is phenomenal. Kim’s explanations are excellent, as was her recommendation for the place we went to for lunch. Highly recommend!
