I am giving this trip 5 Stars based on the excellent work by our guide Watchira Tapaoloy and our driver. He was very informative and congenial. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.
The trip, unfortunately, was not as described in on the Tripadvisor site in several ways. The trip to the Erawan Falls was beautiful and the Thai lunch was tasty. We had to cut our trek up the falls a bit short due to time constraints as we were concerned about completing the tour in the 12 hours described in the summary. It is a long drive from Bangkok to the Falls, and the traffic congestion in Bangkok (particularly in the 6-9 AM and the 4-8 PM time periods) is absolutely horrid. We had dinner reservations in Bangkok at 8:30 that evening and we did not even reach our hotel by that time. I believe that describing this trip as 12 hours, even on a weekend day, is a stretch. On a weekday, it should be described as 14 - 15 hours. Our driver was very patient and got us through as effectively as possible, but it was not a pleasant experience.
The trip description included a ride on the Death Railway, and while we did stop at the River Kwai Bridge and look around, we were told that a ride on the train was not part of the trip. We had been looking forward to that ride. If that aspect is not included, it should be removed from the description and/or offered as an option.
The bamboo raft trip was pleasant but brief. The trip description indicated that swimming from the raft was possible, but we were not offered the chance to swim.
Had we known the length of time we were to be on the road, we would probably have selected a tour closer to Bangkok.

Siri was an amazing and very informative guide. Straight away she made me feel comfortable and I her company was fantastic! She took so many amazing photos during the day which will be fantastic memories - having a private guide is well worth it just for that alone! Erawan Waterfalls is absolutely stunning, we were lucky to be there after plenty of rainfall so the waterfalls were flowing. We then went Bamboo Rafting which was very different but relaxing! Then onto Death Railway and the Bridge over River Kwai, touristy but not to be missed! 5* Tour and 100% recommend to anyone!

Wonderful trip - a lot packed in to one day. My hosts were both very attentive to my needs and very friendly. They pointed out local attractions and also let me have some time to wander around by myself. Wonderful day full of lovely memories.

Nous sommes allés faire cette excursion en février 2019. Départ de Bangkok avec une guide extraordinaire, si vous pouvez la demander vous partirez avec un gros + son nom difficile de l'oublier (Siri), pour se rendre aux chutes Erawan c'est un bon 2 heures 1/2 de route en voiture privée avec un chauffeur d'expérience, qui conduit de façon très sécuritaire et super sympathique. Les deux sont arrivés à l'heure à notre hôtel soit 7h00am, se sont présentés puis direction 1ière destination parc national des chutes Erawan. En chemin les deux ont discuté du fait que le programme était très chargé pour le peu de temps que nous avions en leur compagnie car le retour prévue à l’hôtel était pour 17h00 ils nous ont donc offert de prendre tout notre temps en comprenant que le dernier train de la rivière Kwai partait vers 16h00 donc de retour à l'hotel vers 20h00 que eux n'étaient pas pressé et qu'ils voulaient notre satisfaction. WOW j'ai rarement vu ça!!! Siri est extraordinaire, une phrase qu'elle dit c'est de l'utiliser comme l'application, elle veut faire plaisir aux clients, elle est enjoué, plaisante, son anglais est très bon, ravissante elle prend des photos de vous et vous les envois sur le chemin du retour vers l'hôtel sans vous charger quoi que ce soit,elle aime son boulot et ça parait. Ce fut une journée extraordinaire en compagnie d'une dame extraordinaire nous avons passé une superbe journée bien remplie de bon souvenirs et avons fait la rencontre de gens superbes. Merci beaucoup Siri en espérant te revoir un jour xoxox

The two arrived on time at our hotel at 7:00 am, introduced themselves then go to our 1st destination, Erawan Falls National Park. On the way both of them discussed the fact that the program was very busy for the short time we had in their company because the expected return to the hotel was for 17:00 so they offered us to take all our time taking in concideration that the The last train from the Kwai River was leaving around 4pm so back to the hotel around 8pm they were in no hurry and they wanted our satisfaction. WOW Siri is amazing, a sentence she says is to use her as the application, she wants to please customers, she is playful, funny, her English is very good, lovely she takes pictures of you and sends it you on your way back with out asking no money nothing she just wants toplease customers, she loves her job and it shows. It was an amazing day in the company of an amazing lady we had a great day full of good memories and met great people. Thank you very much Siri hope to see you again!

The tour is so much different to the sightseeing in Bangkok and it is very enjoyable. My tour guide was great and she was very kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed very much the nature and the different sights,however, you need to be aware that it takes some time to reach these locations and that a lot of the time is spent in a car. However, the car ride also gives you the opportunity to observe the culture, people and nature. The guide was more than willing to stop if she felt like it would an additional "nice" to see.
