We have traveled with the Grand Pearl before and were looking forward to another nice trip. However, the ship is so rocked down. The risk of injury also exists the food was in no way like the last time, but has caused three days of diarrhea.

We had avery good time on our cruise. The food was pretty good, the entertainment was fine. But is is the view up and down the river that is the key of the experience.
The only reason it is not a 5 star experience is the poor organization on thr dock, and the lack of signs to show which group is being boarded at the time.

I booked a cruise for August/23, on May/23, on the "Wonderful Pearl", Last week on 25/07/23, I was informed that the ship is under maintenance, it seems that they knew it almost at the same time that I made the reservation!!! (but they didn't tell me).
Their solution was that we could change the date (impossible because we are on a tour), or that they could offer us a change to the cheaper "Grand Pearl Cruise", and that the difference in money is left for us to spend on drinks (?).
As an option they offered me my money back through a wire transfer. Money I haven't seen yet. Their answer is that transfers takes some time.
Very bad service, as well as poor management of the reservations.

we do not have any policy like you have informed to make a wire transfer, we accept booking via viator and if need to refund will refund via viator. further more pls suggest your booking is on 23rd august as you have suggested, are you reviewing us correctly as today is just 29th July. if you really have some issue pls send us at md@sunleisureworld.com and we will have our owner to respond you we have 0 tolerance process for any cheating or guest dissatisfaction, Just review should be correct.

Very poor excursion. Food was not good and there were long queues at the buffet. Service for drinks was very poor and we waited for ages. Did not get to see many historic sites, the cruise only passes two. Would not recommend as expensive for what you get.

Good pleasure view while seated on external deck onboard the cruise, though faced wiith strong winds blowing into us, not just the table food. Heads-up to the live on board duo singers who entertained with non-stop songs and seriously think they could take a break interval in between. Food served was adequate and reasonably tasty if not the best. Overall, it was enjoyable ride though it returned to dock past 10.30pm (slightly more than 2 hours' cruising).

I had booked the evening dinner cruise, as I thought it would be a great way to see Bangkok sights and enjoy the buffet dinner.
It was reasonable value at around £26 each.
However, a few things bugged me. The cruise was due to set off at 19.30 and people were boarding the boat at 19.00 and straight away attacking the buffet. I thought it would be a relaxing dinner cruise, not a mad rush for food before the boat has even left dock.
We chose to wait, but by that time, a lot of the food was gone, and certain tables had it piled up in front of them.
The cruise advertised showing you the sights of Bangkok, including the Grand Palace, however the boat didn't go up the river that far and instead, went the over way, which was pretty boring.
Drinks were expensive especially the wine, and despite the cruise busy with international tourist, they only accept cash on board. Also, we were presented our drinks bill 45 mins before the end of the cruise, instead of being able to buy another drink.
The cruise was generally OK but is not the great romantic/relaxing cruise we thought.

Die Teilnehmer Anzahl ist zu groß, so dass es am Buffet zu einer regelrechten Schlacht kommt. Auch ist eine normale Konversation zumindest auf dem Oberdeck nicht möglich, den das Showprogramm ist dermassen laut, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht. Für mich ein riesen Reinfall und keinerlei Romantik

I think it was just like any other dinner cruise. Food was so so (the prawns and the dipping sauce were great though), and the band was mediocre at best. It was quite nice when we were on the top deck (outdoor) where we can see beautiful view of Bangkok at night, but then it was raining and we had to go indoor and it became boring. The duration was about 2 hours.

Hi, I made a reservation for today but they told me that there is no space, so I had to cancel the reservation, but TripAdvisor tells me that it will not return my money since it does not cancel with more than 24 in advance, please I need an answer of what will happen with my money
