This was our favorite temple complex. There was a lot to see when walking around and the Buddha is huge. They also have a massage spa on site which was nice.

Reclining Buddha is astonished. Very beautiful. One of the main attraction for n Bangkok. You cannot miss.

As with all temples, dress accordingly covering up, although males seemed to be able to wear shorts and t shirts at this temple whilst females had to cover up completely. The actual Buddha is quite spectacular, and definitely worth getting some good photographs as it’s all very opulent and gold everywhere. A little pricey to enter but as expected wherever tourists are concerned. Worth the visit though as it would be a shame not to see this whilst in Bangkok.

Another must visit on a trip to Bangkok. I went after the Royal Palace as it is next door. Just go and pay at the door, not worth paying extra for a trip or guide unless you really want lots of historical info on the site. The Buddha is huge and reclining in a temple. He must have only just squeezed in-between the pillars to get in! Shoes off at the door for respect. A temple which is a must see for a visit to Bangkok and lots of interesting and decorative architecture.

I value this service as really bad and overly priced. I booked this service for roughly 25 euros (850 bth). Service included ticked and pick up. Ticked cost is 200bth, taxi - about 150 bth.
After driving us to the place driver offered to come back and drive us back to hotel or wherever we want and we agreed. But after driving us to the restaurant he offered he insisted us to pay for the whole ride, while he did not stop the meter from the start while we should had included pick-up. When we got to the restaurant the prices was very high for Bangkok and definitely for the place. On our way the driver offered us to watch ping-pong show, which is okay but strange offer visiting the temple.
So overall we payed 850 bth for 200 bth worth of service. And at the end over-payed for lunch. Most of this was our own choice but after buying something from tripadvisor I would expect more trustworthy partners of the company. Wouldn't book this way again.

Absolutely stunning. I do not have the words to describe my feelings. The staff is professional, and there was a respectfulness from the visitors that one typically doesn’t experience.

If I had gone by my own means, it would have cost me 800 bahts tops (2x200 bahts of tickets to the Wat Pho temple and less than 400 baht in taxi) : between 16 and 20 euros.
Doubling that price seems too much to me since there's no guide involved.
Still, great experience: the temple has a museum and a massage parlor and is full of nice cats.
Staff is warm and friendly

Really nice to have transport and the entrance tickets taken care of. Driver arrived promptly and entrance we smooth. A bit annoyed that the driver kept trying to sell us on going to other landmarks and tourist attractions, given we only wanted to see the one Wat that day, which is why we bought the ticket for the one attraction.

This is the best word to describe this place.
You will be cleansed spiritually by the surrounding and the several statues and Buddha artifacts.
The entrance fee of 200 Baht (with free cold water) is worth it in my opinion and you can roam around the area as long ad you like.
One thing that you shouldn't miss doing is the 20 Baht good luck coins where you will put coins in more than 100 pots located at the back of the Reclining Buddha.

Beautiful Buddha but a bit hard to see all at once. I liked being able to put the coins into the cups but wish I knew more about it. It was nice to be able to walk all the way around and see The Buddha from all angles. By the time we got to see him we were very tired.
