It's very convenient.
Although there is a guide in Japanese, the details are still in English, so I translated the detailed steps.
I didn't know that I had to take a photo of my luggage before leaving it at the hotel front desk, so I emailed Airportels and they took the photo for me.
The response was quick and reassuring.
I think I'll be able to use it more smoothly next time.

Amazing service and super inexpensive. Took it to the huge mbk shopping center. It's on the quick left after u get off the 6th floor elevator. I will def. Use their service if I come back. Its kinda tricky to find at the airport (bkk) it's in the basement far off by little shops. So give yourself time to find the place.

The airportel service was awesome,fast,safe. I used the counter in central world. It safely transfer your luggage to the airport. just tell them the time you will arrive to the airport and get your luggage. I will definitely recommend this service to others. So useful for tourists.

Had to go to Phuket for a few days but couldn't go with all my luggage because of the Bangkok airline weight restrictions to Phuket, so I asked Airportels to keep 4 suitcases. They picked my luggage from my hotel in Bangkok and kept it at the airport They were in the hotel lobby before the scheduled pickup time and the person was very courteous.Will use again

The staff was nice and patiently explained everything to us. The delivery was on time and we received an email with photos showing that our luggage has arrived at the airport. It's a great service, saved us a lot of trouble of having to carry heavy luggage all the way from the city center to the airport. I would definitely recommend everyone to use their service.

We booked our luggage delivery service from our hotel to airport in order to enjoy our last day in Bangkok. The staff are nice and keep updating the delivery process with photos and give everything on track. Definitely book again when I go to Bangkok next time.

It’s so nice that they provided photo and the progress of the luggage from pickup at lobby to airport. We could spend more time on last minute shopping in Bangkok! Will definitely use this service again!

Hi, I'm thinking of travelling to a beach for 4 days after Bangkok and don't want to carry our suitcases and maybe just a small suitcase. We're coming after a Hong Kong visit. Bit confused about where the centre of Bangkok is but one of the storage places in the centre of Bangkok so not too far to travel to wherever I end up booking my hotel !
