Excellent experience, perfect transport concept to get around in Bankok because of the traffic that exists as well as the ease of use. Cost vs. Perfect Perceived Value equation... 100% recommended

Anybody thinking of coming to Bangkok - GET THIS APP!!
It’s quite literally the best mode of transport around the city, the Tuk Tuk’s are clean and all have seatbelts and it also includes a hop on hop off river boat to get over to Wat Arun.
We have used this service since 8am this morning and would never have seen all the things in Bangkok that we wanted to without it. It also has additional insurance for you for the length of your booking.
The price is fantastic and all the vehicles are electric. I can’t recommend this more highly 👌🏻

This was unsatisfactory for us. The organising system was for other types of travellers that was not clear to us when we booked. It was not explained that businesses would be closed on Monday.
However the tuk tuk ride was fun and the driver very kind and helpful. We left early as anything we were interested in was closed. It was a waste of money for us.

That was a great experience. We were picked up from the hotel and given a short briefing. There is an app for your cell phone and you can use it to select the next location and confirm your choice. Then you can immediately see when the tuk tuk is coming and where the meeting point is. It is very clear and you can plan your own tour up until 9 p.m. and also be driven to the same place several times. If you have any problems, you can contact someone immediately via WhatsApp. We were very satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone. The team and the drivers were very friendly and the tuk tuks are electric and environmentally friendly.

Everything went well for us, from being picked up at the hotel to being returned. The waiting times between the individual stations were also really short, between 1-4 minutes. Communication was easy via WhatsApp, we always received a response very quickly. I had an Asian SIM card from home installed on my cell phone, so we were able to keep in touch at any time. Downloading the app was no problem, on the morning of departure we received the numbers of the TUK TUKs via WhatsApp, everything was well organized. Absolutely nothing negative to report.

everything went really well, we were picked up from the hotel and driven around. The app is also great in principle, but didn't work for me due to internet problems. It would have been even better then. But we were very well looked after and informed about everything via WhatsApp. I would book a TukTuk ride like this again and again to get a quick overview of the city.

I dont write reviews normally but this company deserves it! Extremely good value for money! Had been looking for Tuk Tuk trips but most €100-300 with 4.
We went with two children, Dutch family of 4 for €22,- The service was just perfect. The electric 6p Tuk Tuk picked us up at the hotel. Communication started with a W’app group they made incl a pincode for their app (only works on the day) which has all the 30 or so optional stops. At the first stop we got additional information about options. We wanted a short and relatively relaxed trip of 3 stops. Their advice was spot-on.
The pick-up spot each time was the same as the drop-off. Five min before we wanted to leave each time, we entered our nextr trip in the app and they arrived each time. Works like the uber app. In the end they dropped us off at the hotel 🧡

Yep, no problem you may not be at ease in some tuk-tuks but many have got 2 benches, up to 6 people

The pick-up / drop-off radius is limited.
We were picked up and dropped off at the National Stadium BTS station. It cost an extra 100 Baht for the drop-off but it was worth it.
