We came and was asked to give our TripAdvisor ticket to exchange the entrance ticket. But they said no such reservation in the system. We had to wait then after about 20 minutes, nobody gave update, until I went back to counter to ask what now. Once up though, plenty of food, very nice view and no limit on eating time so very relaxed. Service was very good but food was mediocre though.

The staff looked tired, and the hot food gets cold easily. We were seated and our table didn’t have any sanitizer, everyone else did. It’s not as great as it looks in the picture.
