The website is not clear about what to expect. We needed to get through immigration, collect bags, go through customs, and then check in at another airline--which I detailed in a message. I wasn't sure what aid we'd get. And I never received any clarification. When we arrived, we walked down the passageway to an intersection and a man was there with our names. He put us in a cart and drove us quite a long distance to where we went through immigration separately from others. We never saw our driver again. He didn't speak English, so we couldn't ask him questions. We then headed to baggage. So, was the cost worth the cart ride past everyone else? Yes, because we had a tight connection. However we had to wait for our bags with everyone else, so if your bags are unloaded towards the end, I'm not sure how much time you'd save. It was great to not have to queue in line, but if you're not in a rush... The biggest negative was not getting a sense of the service that you will receive--absolutely no communication.

I've entered Bangkok 5+ few times in 2019 on a tourist visa. I was told the "count" for entries resets at the top of the year. Is this true? Should I be worried that I didn't obtain a reentry visa?
I've been out of the country for over 3 weeks, but want to go back to Thailand for 2 weeks before traveling out again.
If I purchase fast track, might that help me clear immigration?
