Stuffed in Bangkok!

Ok, let me start with the fact that you should not eat before this tour! Our tour started at noon so we skipped breakfast and by the end of the tour we were absolutely full! The problem was that all of the places we went to had amazing food! I kid you not, all of the food was delicious! Obviously some was better than others but not a bad meal all day. We tried things that we were not familiar with and some things that we have eaten at home - like Pad Thai and bubble drinks.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Chaiya, our tour guide. What a great guy!! He is super friendly and made sure that we were happy with our selections. In some cases we leaned on him to make a selection and he didn’t let us down! In addition to leading us on the food tour he also gave us information about the various sites that we passed. We couldn’t have been happier! I will be suggesting this tour to anyone that is planning a trip to Bangkok.

Great times

A Must Do Tour

Our guide Chaiya was great - met us at our hotel right on time. The van was clean, roomy and comfortable. We had done a city tour just the day before and we were in danger of having some redundancy between that tour and the itinerary Chaiya presented us. So Chiya was able to reprogram his tour literally on the fly to ensure we maximized our time together while elimination any redundancy with the earlier tour and this one. He also worked with the food vendors to accommodate food likes/dislikes and allergies. A great tour and tour guide and a “must do” tour.

A great food orientated 4 hr tour

On time, Friendly, attentive guide. Safe driver also. . Was just what we wanted in 4 hrs - a little sight seeing and an emphasis on local food stops Away from tourist places.
Definitely recommend this tour if you want a great private laid back, no rushing around on a strict time table and enjoy some local experiences.

Food Galore!

This was my first tour with company, I had another booked in Bali. Their professionalism from the moment you book is unmatched! This was an great street food tour. We were picked up in an air conditioned vehicle by Chaiya and the driver. We were immediately given bottles of cold water then headed to our first destination. Everything we at was delicious, the pad Thai was my favorite! Chaiya even went out of his way to buy us extra street food we saw on the tour that we found interesting or he recommended! We were definitely stuffed at the end of the tour, a very good mixture of food, drink and dessert. I also loved the cold towel we were given in the end. Super refreshing! If you’re contemplating this tour, this is your sign, thanks again Chaiya!

5 Star food tour experience

We booked a 5 hour food tour with Forever Vacation! We were picked up at our hotel and greeted by our amazing guide Kongkaew, who was super friendly and welcoming!
We were taken to a number of traditional Thai & Chinese restaurants that were steeped in history and although they weren’t much to look at from the outside the food and flavours were out of this world!
We also visited a few modern eateries for dessert which were also excellent.
I couldn’t recommend the tour more which allowed us to see parts of Bangkok we otherwise wouldn’t have experienced!
If you get Kongkaew for your guide as well then you’re in for a treat!

INCREDIBLE TOUR!

PA is the best foodie tour guide in Bangkok. He not only had a deep depth of knowledge about food and the delicious ingredients, but shared why certain ingredients are used, their historical origin and how to eat everything in a way that brought out the flavors the best. I absolutely adored this tour and it was such a wonderful way to experience the food, history and culture of Bangkok. I recommend very highly this tour and thank PA for his patience with me with the spicy dish and the fish stomach soup, lol. Also, PA is just an all around genuine, nice person with a big heart for food. Just an awesome day in Bangkok. Thank you!!

Food, Chinatown, Temple

The guide, Lek, was friendly with good conversational English. He was informative and unfailingly answered all my questions regarding the locations, and quite a few questions that were fairly non specific on Thailand.

Oh yeah, the food. It was top notch.

I couldn't eat more if I had wanted to

I was partnered up with Tiger from my previous day seeing the sights in Bangkok. We had so much fun the day previous, that I was really looking forward to seeing some more of the food Bangkok has to offered. Tiger again shared his knowledge of the City and food as we bounced from place to place eating amazing food. I would highly recommend. Thank you again Tiger for providing such amazing experiences.

Markie took us on an amazing local food tour in Bangkok. She had great knowledge and took us to some amazing places to eat that are popular with the locals. The best was the Duck and the pad thai! Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!
