- ROSPOW00有趣的观光团，可以做得更好这是一个参观寺庙的好线路。我们团队中有大约30人，所以很难听清楚导游说的话，如果有耳机传声的话会好很多。我们走马观花的参观了大皇宫，我本来希望有更多的时间可以在这里停留（也许可以跳过第二个寺庙，这样就可以有更多的参观皇宫）。午餐还可以，游船也不错，就是坐的时间有点长。

We took this tour our first night in Chiang Mai and it really set the tone for our visit. It was only my friend and I on this tours so we got very personal attention. The first stop was the market where we walked through amazing fruit and vegetable stalls. Our guide bought us a treat to sample as we made our way to the Cultural Center for the main event. The seating is on pillows on the floor so it might now be for everyone, but we totally enjoyed it. As the food arrive, or guide gave us tips on what everything was and how Thai people would eat it, then left us to enjoy the food and dancing. Both were delightful. It was especially nice to know that the dancers and musicians were all students. The portions were very generous and we were asked if we wanted refills of anything. It was a great evening supporting the Cultural center, the students, and enjoying great food and dance.

The food and the performances were good. I didn’t understand why they would charge us for drinks when they said it was complimentary with the dinner?( I was confused... maybe it was the language barrier). One would think that drinks (soft drinks ) would be included with the meal purchased for the show.

菜色我覺得很偏華人口味, 除了偏硬的糯米飯, 有附一碗蘿蔔清湯, 但可惜湯不能續, 其它菜色都可無限續到飽, 入座後會問你是否需要其它額外附費飲品, 其實最後一道菜是水果和茶或咖啡,還不錯吃,但不會去第二次, 畢竟體驗過就好, 以這個價格可以在夜市或街邊小店裡找到更有泰式風格的菜.

The food was excellent with choice of meat, seafood or vegetarian. Note that they charge extra for halal. Seating is on the floor and may not be suitable for all. Need to be early to get seating with good view.

Klar ist die Show nur für Touris, aber es ist wirklich nett gemacht. Man sollte sich bequemer Sachen anziehen, da man auf dem Boden ist . Essen gibt es reichlich . Getränke sind im Preis nicht enthalte, aber ok vom Preis . Ein MaiTai Cocktail , serviert in einer frischen Ananas kostet 200 Barth also 6 Euro. Es war ein schöner Abend

Yes, they did cater for us vegetarians in July 2019. It was a vegetarian meal with a wide variety of flavorful choices on the large platter and a nutritional balance. One of the two best meals that i had in the entire country.

My wife and I were at a Khantoke Dinner about 8 years ago and they did have some tables and benches for people that were not able to sit on the floor.

My husband and I are seniors and may not be able to sit cross-legged on the floor due to knee and hip issues. Are there any tables/chairs available for us?

You are actually sitting on a chair with no back. It is simply that the seat of the chair is level with the floor; then there is a part that extends downward (like a chair) to another level where your feet rest. Your legs can be parallel each to the other as you sit--just as one would in any chair; one would not, therefore, be sitting cross-legged. The feet cn also be side-by-side.I hope that this clarifies the matter--at least a little.
