So much fun. Our teacher, Noodle, was awesome. Speaks very clear English, was very knowledgeable, and a great teacher. The food came out amazing, we were stuffed! Highly recommend!

Ich hab den Vormittag mit Noodle sehr genossen. Der Besuch auf dem Markt war schön und das Essen super lecker! Es wurde sich bestens um und gekümmert. Eine Mitreisende hatte Geburtstag und hat sogar ein kleines Geschenk bekommen. Kann es nur empfehlen!

We had a fantastic cooking class. We were lucky to be just the two of us, so we ended up in a private lesson. The cook was very nice, and willing to share his culture with personal stories and answered all our silly questions :) We started with a visit to the local market, which was very different from the Sunday Market or other places for tourists in Chiang Mai.
The class is suited for all levels. It was very easy to follow because all ingredients were prepared in advance, and the cook told us exactly what and how to do it. We learnt how to stir-fry, and many tips that the cook gave us to make Thai dishes taste like from a restaurant. We spent there 4 hours (less than indicated, because we were just two) and cooked 5 dishes that we ate one after the other, in between cooking. Useful tip: skip breakfast or lunch! Then you enjoy the whole thing fully :)

I did a cooking class with Noodle 3 years ago. I remembered how good it was and didn’t even bother to look up any others this visit. It was just as brilliant this time around. I especially love that each person can choose different dishes to cook based on your own likes and tastes. Noodle is friendly and clear with instructions and makes Thai cooking simple and pleasurable. Once again the food was delicious and I enjoyed every minute of this experience.

The process of making Thai food myself and eating it was interesting. The class guide was kind and the furniture was clean. However, it was not indoors, but too hot, and the amount of food was large compared to the time, so it was a pity that I couldn't eat it all.

Noodle, our maestra, made it fun and educational. Step by step guidance with explanations. The structured cook-a-course and then eat it approach works well. Come with an appetite.

Fabulous time cooking. It was lovely seeing and buying all the fresh ingredients and finding out about many of the foods that I had seen in markets but hadn't known what they were. The course was so informative and great fun. Lovely host and we were made yo feel very welcome. Nothing was difficult and everything was at each individuals pace. We got to cook and taste 5 courses and were provided with cold water through out.
High recommend this activity.

We spent a very enjoyable morning with this cooking school. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, we made 5 dishes and we left feeling very full. Suitable for both adults and children. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Fully recommend
