Bonjour, désolé que vous ayez eu cette expérience. D'après votre expérience, c'est totalement différent des autres visiteurs qui nous ont rendu visite. J'espère que vous pourrez mieux comprendre l'histoire de l'éléphant en Thaïlande et notre projet. Comment et pourquoi les éléphants sont ici. La plupart des éléphants de cette région ne sont pas des éléphants sauvages, les éléphants se lient avec leur soigneur de génération en génération. Les éléphants ne peuvent pas survivre seuls dans la forêt car il n'y a pas de nourriture pour eux. Souvent, ils sortent pour trouver de la nourriture et détruisent la ferme et sont blessés par le piège du fermier. Ou ils doivent travailler dur pour être un spectacle d'éléphants ou d'éléphants et avoir un espace limité pour se déplacer librement. Les éléphants ont rejoint notre projet "la selle hors" utilisé pour être équitation d'éléphants et spectacle d'éléphants ou propre par le preneur de soins. Nous sommes heureux que les propriétaires aient vu une vie meilleure pour leurs éléphants et rejoignent notre projet. La plupart du temps, nos éléphants sont libres de se déplacer, nous avons beaucoup d'espace pour eux, à moins que notre soigneur ne voie le signe de danger dont ils ont besoin pour prendre des mesures pour les garder calmes à toutes fins de sécurité. Nous avons été dans une situation difficile pour leur acheter de la nourriture depuis que le covid a frappé. Vous savez peut-être que les éléphants peuvent manger jusqu'à 16 heures par jour et qu'un éléphant adulte peut consommer jusqu'à 300 livres de nourriture en une seule journée. Comment pouvons-nous et les éléphants survivre sans le soutien de nos visiteurs. C'est pourquoi l'argent doit être impliqué, mais dans le bon sens. Notre objectif est d'offrir une vie meilleure aux éléphants. En leur offrant un environnement sûr, aimant et sécurisé pour qu'ils puissent se déplacer librement dans un environnement naturel. De plus, nous construisons la confiance et l'amour entre les éléphants et les humains en montrant l'amour, le respect et l'attention de différentes manières. Nous leur fournissons suffisamment de nourriture chaque jour. En plus de cela, nous plantons également des bananes, du maïs, du foin, etc. Nos produits agricoles sont achetés à la communauté locale. Nous travaillons dur pour obtenir un équilibre offrant une expérience digne de nos visiteurs. Et partager notre amour pour les éléphants, les soigneurs d'éléphants, l'environnement et la communauté. Nous aimons nos éléphants et prenons bien soin d'eux. Nous avons mis beaucoup de passion dans notre projet et les éléphants ont trouvé une nouvelle maison avec nous. Il a fallu beaucoup de temps et d'efforts pour offrir une vie meilleure à ces éléphants. Et nous apprécions votre soutien et votre compréhension. Hello, sorry that you had this experience. How and why the elephants are here. Most of the elephants in this area are not wild elephants, Elephants bond with their care taker from generation to other generation. The elephants can not survive in thier own in the forest because there is no food for them. Often they come out to find food and destroy the farm and get hurt from the famer trap. Or they have to work hard to be an elephant riding or elephant show and have a limit space to roam free. The elephants have joined our project " the saddle off" used to be elephants riding and elephant show or own by the care taker. We are happy that the owners have see the better life for their elephants and join our project. Most of the time our elephants free to roam we have lot of space for them., unless our care taker see the sign of danger that they need to take the action to keep they calm for all safety purpose. We have been in a difficult situation to buy food for them since covid hit. You might know Elephants can eat up to 16 hours a day and an adult elephant can consume up to 300 pounds of food in a single day. How can we and elephants survive without the support from our visitors. This why the money need to be involved but in the good way. We aim to provide a better life for the elephants. By providing them a safe, loving and secure environment for them to roam free in a natural environment. Moreover we build trust and love between the elephants and humans by showing the love, respect and care in different way. We provide enough food for them each day. Besides that we also plant banana, corn, hay etc., our agricultural products are bought from the local community. We work hard to get a balance offering a worthy experience to our visitors. And sharing our love for the elephants, elephant care takers, environment and community. We love our elephants and take a good care of them. We put a lot of passion in our project and the elephants found a new home with us. It took a lot of time and effort to provide a better life for these elephants. And we appreciate your support and your understanding.

And you wrote a review for Date of experience: September 2019 we not sure why you wait for almost a year to share your experience here. And we can not find your name on our visitor list as well. So we are not sure if you were really our visitor or you might wrote the review to the wrong location. The elephants have joined our project " the saddle off" used to be elephants riding and elephant show. We are happy that the owners have see the better life for their elephants and join our project. Elephants can eat up to 16 hours a day. This is the main activity that our visitors use to help feed and care for the elephants. Bathing in the river or mud is also a natural and often repeated activities for them, helping them to cool down and protect their skin from the sun and insects. We don't use a hook to control elephants, no elephant show here. If you know their behavior you should understand how the elephants talk and play and communicate to each other, very loud. The elephants have areas around to move freely. We offer them home, food and treat them well. We love our elephants and take a good care of them. We put a lot of passion in our project and the elephants found a new home with us. It took a lot of time and effort to provide a better life for these elephants. And we appreciate your support and your understanding.
