The service was highly efficient and the driver was easy to locate when we came off the flight. The driver, though he didn't speak much, was nice and professional. We arrived at our hotel in a timely manner and he helped with the suitcases. The departure ride was also fast and efficient.

Efficient way to reach our hotel in Chiang Mai from Chiang Mai city.
Vehicle is silent, with comfortable seating, lots of space for luggage & polite driver.

Lady was waiting at airport on arrival, a very smooth process! Car was immaculate and well air conditioned! This was a private car for us both and the driver also helped us with our luggage and bags. Highly recommend.

Overall a great experience. Car is spacious for 2 adults with all our luggage. Clean and comfortable. Fast response from customer support team at I Asia Thailand to answer any queries. Great value and cheaper than booking when you arrive.

Very good service. The guide was already waiting for us outside of the exit gate of the airport. I actually forgot we had booked a service........ Good thing the lady was standing outside with my name on a sign board.
We were able to reach our destination in Chiang Mai fast because we got to our accommodation on time because of this transfer
The car was cool with the air con and looks new. No issue with the driver or with the car. Thanks for this!
