- Cheryl C00非常糟糕的经验,不推荐这间旅行社我们在网上预订了龟岛一日游行程, 并且事先(前一天)与他们确认预订成功。行程当天我们在大厅等了1个小时, 打去问才说行程早已经被订满, 我们的订单是被重复预订, 所以没有人来接我们, 后来他们答应会退回订金。但10天后我查帐单还是没有收到退款, 就透过email、Whatsapp、online chat询问, 都没有得到回复。过了2天后才回复说会确认, 但过后又都没有消息了, 也都不回复讯息。真的是非常糟糕的经验, 不仅打乱我们的行程, 事后处理也非常糟糕。完全不推荐大家, 希望之后不会有人跟我们一样。
- 纖茹 黃00很美丽无破坏的岛屿这里真得很美丽，大自然的天然功力造就美景 因为离市中心较远，反而没有受到人为的破坏 保留着原始的美好 不过也随着观光客的增加，垃圾相对也变多了! 希望大家来这里玩乐的时候，不要造成这个岛上的负担 请把自己的垃坡随手带走囉!
- 5051824800景美人美虽然此次来的时间不太凑巧，天公不作美连续下了几天的暴雨，但是遇到这个不错的旅行社，特别是来自中国的小关帅哥，很热情的给了我们很多帮助，有机会还会再来。

I liked the tour, since it was a good way to explore the island. Compared to taxi fees, it was cheap, when you don’t want to rent a scooter. My tour guide was nice and you could ask him anything at any time.

great way to see the top spots at a cheap price! Guide was kind and although his English isn't great, for the price its worth it.

Easy and cheap way to sea some of the islands iconic sights however our tour guide basically was just a taxi driver who dropped us at each place. There was no real "guide" to it. At the bottom of the waterfall there's chained up elephants which I personally I didn't like. The weather wasn't great which didn't help. I came away from the experience extremely underwhelmed.

Quasi eine Privattour mit nur 3 Teilnehmern. Super freundlicher Guide, hat uns abseits vom Programm noch weitere Highlights gezeigt. An jedem Stop ausreichend Zeit zur Besichtigung.

It was good and enjoyable for someone travelling alone. Time at each stop was sufficient. The guide was knowledgeable enough.

This is an easy way to see Samui at a reasonable cost.
The tour group cram a range of local sites in a few hours.
You get a guide guide thrown in who is able to give you snippets of local knowledge.
I travelled with a group of other tourists and this was fine as it’s always nice to meet new people from different counties.
A good trip and worth the cost.

Well worth with extras pump in by the driver/guide.
The additional stop to Guan Yu temple was a surprise as it’s not in the itenary. Only setback is that lunch is delayed till about 3pm as there no good place for lunch except in Na Thon(informed by guide)

i am interestedin a tour on the 25th or 26 of December. We will be two. is this a group tour? are we obligated to start at a certain hour?

It is a group tour but if you wanted a private tour of the island they offer this also. Obviously will be more costly but if on a time schedule could be the best option

Hello, we are on a cruise arriving tomorrow the 25th at 8 am and departuring at 3pm. Do we have enough time to make the tour considering we might desembark at 9 am and need to board back at around 2 pm? Thanks.

I think you need to ask this question to the tour group direct. It definitely is feasible but i would imagine it would be dependant on peak holiday season snd how busy the tourists sites are. I did this tour in september off peak season

Hi couple quick questions
1)How much walking is there on the tour?
2) How deep is the pool/waterfall? Can you stand underneath it or is it deep?
3) Is there a hike to get to the waterfall? If so, can the waterfall part of the tour be skipped for people not wanting to hike there? Would they just wait in the van?

No water as such. More viewing water. The waterfall visit is a short and easy 5 minute walk. I didnt go in as required small climb over rocks. I think it is deep as some were diving off rocks. Not very big swim area. Plenty of other things eg stalls and elephants in this area so worthwhile taking a photo and pass the 20 min away looking at stalls if you didnt want to go in

We are on a cruise ship that will anchor in Nathon. Do you pick up here? Is there an additional charge? We probably could be available for pick up at 9:00 am and would have to be back at 2:30. Is there any flexibility in this tour if we wanted to set up where we visit or is the schedule set in stone?
