Great day! The crew was very helpful and efficient! Took pics for us, helped with snorkel gear etc. The views were amazing and the snorkeling quite good. Lunch was quite good for a tour lunch! Would been again!

I would never book again! We waited an hour outside the hotel for our transfer. I had to call there to find out that the tour was cancelled due to the weather conditions. Definitely not a recommendation!

Please accept our sincere apologies for unsatisfied situation from your booking today!
Honestly, we had not received an advance cancellation noticed from the boat company till you contacted us this morning regarding the pick up service. Once we checked, they just made the last minute cancellation due to the heavy rain and for safety priority to the customers.
However, if you can see from our history conversation we had responded to your messages immediately and if we knew in advance, we would definitely inform you as we always realized that our customers are the most important.
Sorry once again for the inconvenience causing your experience!

Important: The boat trip can be extremely uncomfortable. The ride to Koh Tao takes about 1h an 30 minutes. For us and a lot of other customers it was too much to handle. A lot also vomited. Therefore this trip was not relaxing at all! If the weather is perfectly still it might be different.
Our “english speaking guide” was able to say “okay”, “swim” and “island”. So do not expect any more information of the islands or the underwater world.
Nevertheless the island is beautiful and the coral reef are great.

Even with the weather being temperamental, this tour was still amazing. The snorkeling spot has a huge range of fish to see. The stops are for a good amount of time so you don’t feel rushed. The crew of boat 19 were amazing and had a great sense of humour. They are super accommodating and make sure people are well looked after. Definitely recommend this tour.

We had a lot of fun at the different stops, saw a lot of small fish as large and took us to the shore like the open sea. Also a full buffet with an amazing view
At the last stop we were told that we could see baby shark, but we didn't succeed :(it's still all been a unique experience

Picked up right on time and taken to the boarding pier. Some breakfast and then we boarded the speedboat for an 80min boat ride to the islands.
Some snorkeling followed by lunch.
Then off to the final island for more snorkelling or just relaxing on the beach.
Why not purchase yourself some snacks or a drink at the cafe too.
A great day out.

A very organised, slickly run business. Really looked after us, especially Jonny. We loved the snorkelling. Lots of different places to snorkel. Would highly recommend.

Everything was well organized, the stops for snorkeling were MEGA, we had enough time and lunch was very delicious. The guides are super friendly and very helpful. Nowhere else have we seen such beautiful fish and corals. And finally a turtle!
The negative reviews here I cannot understand, I inform myself before what I book there.
By speedboat is the fastest and easiest way to get there, I know beforehand that it takes 1.5 hours, of course a speedboat is not incredibly comfortable and of course it can smell like gasoline, so we powered the boat.
And the walls of the boat must be so high, otherwise everyone would be wet. And the transport is not meant as sightseeing, but from the point of view of speed. With us everyone just slept until we got there😊

Hi, are we, this means my husband, myself and my son of 13 and my daughter of 16 years, allowed for snorkeling only with life jackets? I heared this from friends. We only want to snorkel without life jacket. Otherwise we are not interested. Thank you, Claude

It took about 90 minutes for us to get there. However on the way back after some great snorkeling we struck a severe storm and it took over 3 hours for the return trip.
