First, a vehicle that was much too small came, even though I had explicitly reported this before the trip. After about 45 minutes of waiting, a slightly larger vehicle came, but there was barely enough room for our luggage. The driver was completely overwhelmed, so I had to load the luggage myself. The trip was then the next negative highlight! I don't know if the driver really had a driver's license. He chose a lane on the 4-lane highway and stayed there the whole time. He always crept just behind the slowest vehicle in front of him. The trip took at least 30 minutes longer. He drove way too close and accelerated in waves that made you feel sick! Last but not least, he got the wrong destination address, which caused a detour of another half an hour! I canceled the return trip and will never book a trip in advance again. There are usually enough transport options at the airports and they are not more expensive.

Fast friendly and comfortable ride. Felt cool in car and first time in Ev car. Thought it was pretty cool. Maybe buy Tesla later in life.

Using this company for a second time, they were just so professional as usual. Reached Pattaya in around 2 hours from the airport. Car was clean too.
