Was a great day out and our driver gib was very informative lots of interesting things to see at the floating market would go again

Do not waste your precious time and money on this trip, especially if you a cruise customer.
This company does not communicate prior to the trip, contradicts information. A mixed group of 4 parties was to be collected from one pick up point, 1 got collected, 2 were told by email confirmation to find their own way to Pattaya (1 1/2 hours) and 1 received Whatssap message the evening prior cancelling their pick up and rearranging to destination of 2. All given different times, bus was 1 hour late, guide said guests were in wrong place. Bus then collected several other guests - did not commence to first stop until 11 am (2 hours late)
Buses had broken seats and faulty aircon (smell of rotten eggs is great whilst stuck in traffic).
Became apparent the different parties in the group had different itinerary and expectations.
By 12.15 we had walked around the Temple for 30 mins, and stood outside the Floating
Market for 15, the rest of the day spent on the bus.
Guide then put us in the boat at 12.40 and told us to be back at bus for 1:10. We didn’t get the included lunch and didn’t have time to buy lunch much but the guide wasn’t back at the bus until 1.35pm left us sat waiting l.
A second bus arrived to pick us up ending the tour with only half the destinations complete and no lunch because it was late and we need to return to our ship.
Total lack of clarity and communication, absolutely laughable joke, plus the floating markets is a bit of a gimmick.

Good afternoon
First of all big apology that you have faced issue with our product. I have gone through every points of you,
1. Cruise port of Pattaya is far from city and we do not pick up from here
2. Everyone need to pay extra to get picked up our experience offer inside city pick up.
3. Our Experience do not include LUNCH however we provide 45 minutes to 1 hours time at Floating market Pattaya for Lunch and boating experience.
4. pattaya do not have so much of traffic that you should stay whole day at bus when our tours is only for Half Day.
5. If anything we have not covered in our tours or if we have anything not offer as par itinerary, we will give you a full refund with big apology.
In Join Tours sometime we need to take care of others as well as it is join. Still it can not be 1:30 minute missing story.
However we are very sorry that we could not match your expectation. we wish to make our journey happy and blissful not pathetic and complaining. Please ask for full refund we will give you.

This was a confusing and bad trip. We had booked a half-day trip. The guide was sweet but seemed insecure and struggled with the language. Not much info was shared. The participants consisted of a mix of half-day trips and full-day trips, which led to unclear messages about what was going to happen. We stopped for photos at the pier, visited the Buddahtemple and finally the floating market. The visit to Jems Gallery ended to our disappointment. We were told that we could be dropped off there after some participants had been returned to their hotels, but we had to arrange the return ourselves.
We recommend taking the trip on your own and googling the facts.
The bus was bad and there was a really burnt smell from the engine.

we are sorry to know that you have some issue with our experience, Tours operate by us and our guide is good English speaker, Gems gallery visit is included in our program and it is showcasing one of the biggest information of gems, When you book a join tour many travelers join tours with us. I recommend you to take private tours with us to get 100% attentions.
However we will do our best to make our experience more memorable

The entire trip covered all the free spots, that too within walking distance, I could have covered everything in an hour using a private taxi in one tenth of the price. Such a waste of money. Expected sanctum of truth in the itinerary but turned out it was missing.

Good morning,
Thanks that you have joined our tours. We are sorry that you have miscalculated the distance between attractions, Floating Market is almost 16 KM and it has got admission. You must have visited laser buddha which is 26 KM away from Pattaya City Center. Sanctuary of truth is not included in our Discovery Tour itinerary. So far Cost is concerned if you use English Speaking guide with transfer it should be in much more higher side. Just taxi to laser buddha and return should cost you almost same without other attractions.

It was a nice tour to understand the history of Pattaya. The tour guide, she was nice and sweet. I enjoyed the ride with AC.

Great tour with an amazing guide. Definitely worth going on this tour if you’re visiting Pattaya! The highlight of the tour would definitely have to be the floating market where we got to experience new kinds of foods and meet kind people.

Pattaya discovery tour was an awe-inspiring experience that left me spellbound. The stunning beaches and the abundance of outdoor activities available made it an unforgettable trip. Thailand is known for its floating markets, which are located along canals and are crowded with locals selling food, clothing, and artifacts. These markets offer a distinct shopping experience and allow you to taste Thailand's traditional culture. Visitors can even take a boat ride and enjoy seasonal fruit refreshments - all included in the entrance fee. Furthermore, the convenience of being near Tiger Park allows visitors to experience both in a single day. Highly recommended.

Interesting place to visit and currently free for foreigners which I think is designed to bring back more tourists after the ravages of Covid. The Ticket Office is closed.
A nice collection of shops selling crafts, clothing, food etc. Also a few places with low tables where you sit on the floor and eat.
The area isn't fully open at the moment; access to the rear section of the floating market has been boarded off, but there's still enough to see here to make it a worthwhile visit.
