Sunny was remarkable intelligent and knowledgeable guide.
He displayed patience with late patrons onto baht.
Remained courteous and displayed a vast wealth of knowledge about the Phi Phi Islands voyage and locations.
He should be nominated as employee of year
I won't forget the miraculous adventure snorkling at Kai Phi Phi and Bamboo islands.
We were able to see the Monkeys because of Sunny and Capitans resolve to experience us.
The crew were hospitable and generous with local fruits and water and soft drink.

Review of V Marine Tours: Small Group Sunrise Phi Phi Island Tour
Pros:
1. Food: The meals provided were satisfactory and added to the overall experience.
2. Clear Instructions: The tour operators gave clear instructions regarding the itinerary and activities.
3. Timely Pick-Up: The hotel pick-up and drop-off were punctual, ensuring smooth transportation.
4. Missing the Crowds: Starting early helped avoid the usual tourist crowds, making it a relatively peaceful experience.
5. Small Group: The limited number of participants made the tour feel less chaotic.
Cons:
1. Lack of Personal Touch: The tour lacked a personalized approach, making it feel impersonal and rushed.
2. No Support for Kids and First-Time Snorkelers: No special attention or assistance was provided for children or beginners during snorkeling.
3. No Float or tire given to hold while snorkelling, a noodle doesn’t suffice.
4. No Guide Assistance in Water: No guides were present in the water to assist or ensure safety during snorkeling. Very generic presence. They were laughing at us when we were struggling.
5. Rude Behavior: The staff was reportedly rude and dismissive, making the experience unpleasant at times.
6. Rushed Tour: The tour felt hurried, ending 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.
7. Short Changing Time: Only 10 minutes were allocated for changing at the marina, with the staff rushing participants to leave.
8. Average Photography Service: The quality of photography provided during the tour was underwhelming.
9. Not Worth the Money: Considering the overall experience the tour did not justify the cost.
We might try Simba tours next time.

From the punctual pick up to the transfer back we were treated with courtesy and respect.
The check in and information was efficient and we were soon on our way to the first island to watch the sunrise whilst enjoying a simple breakfast the crew prepared for us.
We were shuttled to each destination ahead of the crowds thanks to Mr Alan and his crew, Captain Banana, Ollie and Jonas.
The passion Mr Alan has for his boats and giving his guests a wonderful experience is exemplary.
The lunch and venue will be something we shall remember always and the snorkelling was incredible. This is the tour to be on!

Pick up was punctual, although early🤣
They thought of everything, including nausea tablet and chocolates before departure…
Alan and the team were absolutely brilliant!
Engaging and extremely courteous .
The food was wonderful (and plentiful) and there was no shortage of hydration, water and soft drinks.
The trip itself left us all in awe, for a second time.
We can all, seven of us, highly recommend the tour!!!
And really do consider the photographer option, he was very energetic and did not miss an opportunity to capture a moment, even though he had seven people to capture at various places. He “forces” you to pose and although awkward, the results are great.
Highly recommended allround!

It was one of our highlights in Thailand. My wife and I enjoyed the speed boat with the visits to the islands and since I am not a swimmer they made it so comfortable for me to get into the water. It was really an inspiring trip through the islands. The crew was very special. They treated us very well and always there for us and the rest of the passengers. We added the photographer and he was always there to take our pictures on land and underwater. I recommend this experience highly to anyone. Thanks for making this an adventure for us.

We loved this tour. We were picked up from our hotel at 04:30 am sharp and arrived to the marina without any traffic where we met our group. P was our guide for the day and he was very informative. The speedboat fast and the captain was amazing, we visited all the islands promised. Snorkeling was the highlight of our day and the crew made sure we were well fed, hydrated and safe the whole time. We definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing time ! Getting there before the rush is definitely worth waking up early. The crew was very professional and our guide sunny was great. I would recommend this to anyone looking to go to phi phi.

Excellent trip. The tour was professionally organised from the start. Pickup in van means only a few stops before arriving at the marina. Coffee, water and snacks while checkin completed and off to the boat.
The boat was very well maintained and the staff were excellent with perfect English. Off quickly to sunrise spot at Khai Nai beach with more coffee and small breakfast provided. Sunrise was obscured with clouds but atmosphere was decent.
Next off to Maya Bay where the team dropped us off at the reserve. They accompanied us to point out reef sharks and take pictures before back on board. Next stop was the lagoon and a swim in the 18m lagoon. Once again the staff were proactive in offering to take pictures and provide noodles or life jackets.
At all times drinks or fruit was provided and I felt proactively offered by the staff. Water, Coca-Cola and iced coffee were available.
Off to the snorkel spot next and I have to say this was a real surprise. Excellent reef with so much sea life! Almost on a par with some of the best in the world. Provided flippers and goggles were in great condition and brand new moth piece in packaging given. After a quick stop at monkey beach where the staff picked a rocky landing spot. They spent the next 15 minutes clearing the rocks so boarding the boat was more comfortable. Great service.
Lunch next at a local resort with swimming pool and good facilities. Buffet lunch was excellent with good variety and quantity. Juice and water included with other drinks available for purchase.
Final stop at bamboo island for swimming and r&r. The team managed to dodge some rain by being proactive and flexible in managing the itinerary.
The ling crossing back to Phuket was challenging. The weather had changed and large 1.5m swells came in. The team were exemplary, making sure everyone was comfortable as possible and felt safe. Their calm professionalism made everyone feel safe. Those that got seasick were well looked after and the captain did as best he could.
Back in Phuket royal Marina and swiftly transferred to shuttle back to resort

I had a great time on this tour! The staff were amazing and made sure to take care of everyone within our group. We didn’t have to worry about long lines or wait times. The breakfast and lunch buffet was delicious. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to enjoy Phi Phi Island

Contacted prior to trip with pick up details, very professional and a small group excursion which was massively advantageous as some of the other groups were just too busy.
Well worth the early pick up and absolutely loved all of the stops we made. The team who looked after us were fabulous. Very knowledgeable, warm and engaging. The breakfast and lunch was good and there was plenty of it with a steady stream of soft drinks and snacks provided throughout the day.
Definitely recommend this excursion with this team.
