Everything was seamless from the beginning of the experience during booking to the end of the experience during drop off. VJ was quick to respond when booking via WhatsApp, and she also arranged pick-up from our hotel. The pick-up was timely! We started the day at the market where our group had the opportunity to try fruits that were in season, and then the tour moved to the booths in the market, where we learned about local ingredients in Thai cuisine, including the ones planned to use during cooking class. During class, the ingredients were pre-portioned, but we were taught what they were, how to prepare them, and were allowed to adjust spiciness to our preferences. After preparing the ingredients for each dish, we moved to the kitchen area, where we received step-by-step directions for each dish (Tom Yum, Pad Thai, and Curry). We did the main dishes as individuals, and the mango sticky rice as a group. We had time to enjoy each dish, take pictures, chit chat, and afterwards dropped off at our respective hotels. VJ encouraged us to message her for recipes we were interested in, which she followed up with in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this experience, and I'm overjoyed that I got to take a piece of Thailand's food culture home with me. :)

If you're around Phuket, please check out this Thai class by VJ. One of the best so far. VJ and her staff was accommodating and very informative . Worth every penny. Me and my husband enjoy it so much. I super love the mango sticky rice & red curry.

VJ hosts an incredible Cooking Class. We started in the Market and saw where the fresh ingredients come from.
The Cooking class was lots of fun, very informative and clear instructions. VJ made Thai Cooking very fun and easy.
We each had our own Cooking stations and made all the dishes from scratch. The tasted devine.
Highly recommend this class. I was travelling Solo so it was fun to mingle with other travellers also.
I'd do this class again just to eat the food.

We had an amazing experience cooking with VJ. We started with a tour of a local market which was informative and great to get a feel of all the different ingredients that we were going to cool with later. The entire experience was so fun and VJ and the rest of the chefs were great hosts. Thank you, I would totally recommend this experience!

What an fantastic day, we had a n amazing time at the market which was followed by a well organised and fun cooking class, we all learnt so much and had such a generous amount of food. The best part was every person got to cook their own dish of every meal we we cooked

From the pickup from our hotel to the drop off at the end of the tour, couldn’t fault a thing, everything was wonderful.
VJ was extremely knowledgeable & the market tour was terrific.
We cooked an amazing four course lunch with ease and we know we’ll be able to put our new skills into practice when we get home.
We were directed from start to finish ensuring the food was fabulous!
The whole team were so friendly & helpful & I highly recommend this tour to anyone who would love not only a unique Thai experience, but to meet some lovely people.

me and my girlfriend are planning to learn some thai cooking skills.
We are both vegetarian eater. Is it possible to cook thai meals without seafood and meat?

Hi If you want it a very personal way (we did) you can book a private course, its a little more money but in our minds, worth it, this cooking course was a highlight of our whole Thailand visit, you get taken to the market yes but you get the insights ob buying fresh and things to look for we didn't even realise, and we are foodies too, drop them a pm or give them a call, if we were to return to Thailand this would be our first stop and finally a tip, go hungry as you eat all you make, have fun and hope this helped.
Is this class available Sundays? It doesn’t say it in the schedule but does in the calendar that it is available?

At this time of year they are very regular, you can even arrange a private class, VJ is great at communication and the whole experience is great, enjoy it
