    It is ok, But just only OK.
    It is a good trip for us , a small family group . But just only normal service for the whole tour. Not any surprise to other company i used before. So , I feel a little confusied about the feedback. And They told us i can avoild 2% if i pay cash at that morning, but we do not get the discount when i pay at the reception. Of course , i send the email to the boss when we be back. And then I get the refund. And the lady guide with us is impatient at the whole day trip. Just tell us :"HURRY HURRY HURYY, we need go to the next point....." Maybe we are Chinese, so .... The lunch is bad and limited, may only 4-5 dishes. So , i think it is expensive , and i will never use it again. 总的来说，非常普通和一般的旅程。不值这个价钱，服务态度很一般，午餐特别少，很奇怪这个五星怎么来的。以后来普吉不会再选择这家公司。

On any other day maybe this would have been even better, unfortunately we had bad weather and very rough sea conditions to deal with. However The snorkelling was epic and the hosts were excellent, and did a great job getting us home safe. The small group is the way to go too.

A must thing to do

This tour is definitely a must if you wish to avoid crowds of people and want to enjoy the quietness of the morning and stunning views. We had an amazing team of professional, funny and accommodating crew taking care of us. There was lots of food and snacks from the time we arrived at the port, onboard and a delicious Thai lunch when we got back. We stopped at stunning snorkelling spots and the guide jumped in with us to show us the variety of marine life and colourful coral. Maya Bay was closed but we managed to sail close enough to take pics. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thank you.

Great snorkelling

Tough day at the office this one. The trip itself was excellent, well planned and the snorkelling was some of the best I’ve done around the world, including the Great Barrier Reef. The weather was not kind to us today and unfortunately was choppy on the way out and very rough on the return leg. We were also unable to even see Maya Bay (we knew we wouldn’t be able to visit during September anyway) due to the conditions. Our crew did an awesome job trying to navigate the way through the swell, though and once we returned the lunch provided was absolutely delicious. Certainly being in a smaller group is advantageous on any of these tours too. The attention to detail and caring to individual needs is excellent. Would love to do this again at a different time of year…

if you're heading to Phuket and want to do a boat trip, let me give you a hot tip: go with Simba Sea Trips. From the get-go, they were on top of their game. I had a bunch of questions about weather and schedules, and they were super chill and quick to reply every time. I can be annoying with my questions and wanting everything in detail and planned out. They were super helpful and explained everything about the trips, weather and boats. No confusing travel jargon or beating around the bush - just straight-up, helpful info.

Now, about the boat crew - these guys are the real deal. Right from stepping on board, Momo our guide made it feel like we were stepping on a friend's yacht. They're all the expected Thai smiles, super friendly, and full of funny local stories and fun facts. Even when the waters decided to play up a bit, the crew had our backs, making sure we were all good, checking my wife was ok with the bumps.

Going out with the Simba crew felt more like a day out with pals than a typical touristy trip. They know the ins and outs of the place, and gave us some good tips on other things to do on the island and some local phuket town places to go to.

If you're looking for a laid-back, no-stress sea trip around Phuket, then I definitely recommend these guys.

Thanks Momo and the girls in the Simba office you were awesome, hopefully we will be back next year.

Simba Sunrise Phi Phi islands Tour a Must Do!

An absolutely amazing trip. Second time to the Phi Phi Islands and this trip far surpassed the previous one. The team at Simba are wonderful, knowledgeable and pay attention to each and every guest. The tour wasn’t crowded like others and the food was plentiful and delicious.
The Phi Phi islands are spectacular and the snorkeling was full of beautiful colourful fish and corals. Definitely a must do trip when visiting Phuket! The sunrise tour is the best as we were well ahead of the crowds that followed.

Paradise for a morning

A must do trip - I think we enjoyed it more than we could have imagined!
Getting up so early was a challenge, but the transfer was comfortable and we were soon on the boat making our way out to see the sunrise. The stops were well considered throughout the day, perfect for catching the sun coming up. We were at Maya Bay before the crowds giving the perfect opportunity to relax and take in the views with some tasty snacks. The guides were on hand to take some brilliant pictures!
We really enjoyed our time in the water and really appreciated our guides coming into the water and pointing out the amazing fish while we were snorkelling. An experience I’ll never forget! We ended the day on a private island, our own slice of paradise!
We were out of there just as it was getting too hot to handle, and back to the marina for a tasty lunch.
The guides were fantastic, funny, chatty, knowledgeable, inclusive, and it encouraged everyone to chat. Great atmosphere.
If you are used to a big breakfast, I’d suggest bringing something with you in the morning. There were breakfast options provided that are more than adequate.
Highly recommended!!

Nosso passeio foi inesquecível! Simba Tours é uma empresa confiável, muito atenciosa e detalhista. O passeio começa com um café da manhã na Marina e já partimos para a primeira ilha, onde chegamos bem cedo e antes de qualquer outro barco. Em todo momento do passeio nos oferecem bebidas, frutas, comidas… muito bem servido! A paisagem é de tirar o fôlego, nos divertimos, mergulhos, vimos peixes de todas as cores, simplesmente lindo! Foi um dia especial! Na volta ao hotel acabamos esquecendo o celular na van, e eles resolveram rapidamente o problema! Estamos muito satisfeitos! Obrigada!

Take this tour ! The best - amazing islands and a great crew.

This tour is just fantastic - leaving at sunrise means that you beat the crowds, getting to all the best spots before anyone else so you get the place to yourself. The boat is powerful so you get there quickly and it can only carry about 20 people (15 on our tour) so you avoid the awful crowded boats too.

The crew are amazing - Noi is the guide who makes sure everything is just perfect. Plenty of information on the islands all delivered with humour. He checks in with everyone to make sure they are happy and healthy whilst the crew bring around loads of drinks and delicious food.

We went to all of the best swimming and snorkel spots with crew helping us to find a huge variety of fish and reef sharks. The variety and number of fish is quite stunning.

The food is outstanding and the tour finishes with a great lunch back at the harbour, after an hour on a private island. All transfers to and from our hotel were included and happened seamlessly.

I would struggle to think of ways to improve the experience - everything was superb. The tour may be more expensive than some but it is worth every penny - would you rather save a few pennies on a once in a lifetime experience, only to be crammed in with 50 others, arriving at peak time at each spot and being charged for drinks, food, flippers, National park access fees, etc ? This tour includes the lot.

Noi and colleagues could not do enough from start to finish, very knowledgeable, fun and helpful.
Early morning start well worth it as best the crowds!
Boat was very clean and equipment good quality. Max 15 on board so plenty of room.
Great value for money, toast, cereal and drinks at the harbour.

Sunrise tour

We absolutely loved our sunrise tour on my friends birthday! The group was a lovely size and it felt really personal. Noi was an incredible tour guide, and his colleagues were all great too. The food on board the boat was delicious and so was the breakfast and lunch provided. Would definitely do again when we come back
