This trip includes visiting multiple islands, although very fast-paced; Snacks, refreshments are included, and a good choice of food during lunch (at around 2PM), not many, vegetarian options, although delicious (and all halal).
Phi-phi island is suffocating under tourism, you will be standing in queues with other thousands (!) of people. The company we went with (although here it's stated orca travel, but it was under a different name) makes a good effort to organize this trip and manage the crowd. Our guide, Sprite (?) was helpful, funny, and made this overly touristy madness surprisingly comfortable.
There was no extra information about the geography, history of these islands or the people who live there. In general, if you look for knowledge about these places, this trip is not the one that would provide you with. This trip is solely to carry you around at some islands, it's up to you what you make up from it.
There are some extra expenses you will be pushed to pay for ("instagrammable" longtail boat ride with murky water swimming, sunbeds for a drink ar Khai Nai, etc). It's rather funny (or sad) to see the insta-wannabes sitting in the very same pose for the very same template pictures. However, just for the snorkeling it's not worth the 300baht; since there are so many people, none of the animals would be there to be found.

Absolutely nice experience! Nice day of snorkeling and swimming in cool places. We left one day with rain and wind, and half the boat got sick. It was extremely tight in the boat, which was not very comfortable on an otherwise tough boat trip to Phi Phi.
We had to buy shoes and waterproof folders for the phone before the boat trip, which we thought was nice!☺️ One bathroom was extremely “grunt” with sharp edges, so those without shoes had wounds on their feet. Recommend to bring bath shoes if you have!
The nature was absolutely lovely, and especially Pileh Lagoon was very nice, no matter the weather!
Maiton Island was the first stop, and there was not much to see 40 meters from land. It was rarely we stopped and actually went on land!
We stopped at Phi Phi Don for food. The food was perfectly good. On a rainy day there was not much more to do than to be on the beach... Whatever nice island!
We didn't see the monkeys at Monkey beach something we were looking forward to! It was because of the rain...
Last stop was Koh Khai Nai. We were here for an entire hour, which I thought was completely unnecessary. Nothing special to do there other than swimming in a very blue water. Nice island, but also think it depends on the weather.
We weren't in the Maya Bay or Bamboo Island in the ad...
Our guide was vague and difficult to understand, so we often had to follow where we were ourselves!
Otherwise an incredibly nice day, but recommend to check the weather forecast. This determines how the places look and how the day will be☺️

Great day tour. Guide is helpful and well organized. Got enough time to do snorkeling and and capture breathtaking photos.

A bit chaotic and hectic organization by European standards, but reliable and friendly. Our pickup shuttle bus broke down just outside our hotel, and neither we nor the hotel were informed for an hour.
After several phone calls from the hotel and us, the organizer instructed our hotel to organize a taxi at short notice so that we could still get to the pier and take part in the event. The taxi costs were paid without any problems.
The speedboat was comfortable with 33 seats for people and not as cramped and overcrowded as other providers, the captain took great care to ensure that the high waves did not hit the ship too hard, the passenger who vomited was well looked after by the on-board crew and recovered within an hour.
The scheduling was also positive, although sometimes very short depending on the stop, but it was adhered to and we were able to snorkel and swim and take photos.
The food was impeccable on board and on land at lunch. The on-board crew was very friendly, every member of staff was very committed, helpful and sometimes positively imaginative when it came to great photos, thank you.
What is very negative about these trips is the extreme mass tourism and the unfortunately ruthless destruction of the corals and beaches on all the islands. There is hardly anything left of what still existed and was beautiful in 2013, because the ships drive backwards to the bottom with three propellers and chop up everything underneath, just so that the customers can jump as directly as possible into the sand or the coral fragments on land. It is still an experience, you can see beautiful things, but also at least as much destruction, we were rather sadly happy in the evening and will think very carefully about whether we book such tours again in the future.
Thailand urgently needs to take action here and build jetties, and also massively reduce the number of ships per day, the organizer can only do something about it for its part. This was my 4th stay in 15 years, perhaps soon the last.

It was by far the best water tour experience I've ever had! The pick up was timely at 9am, ride on the cleanest mini bus I've seen in Thailand, instructions were clear, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They separate tours per language, so no confusions and clear instructions were provided. The boat was the best maintained boat I've ever seen. New and fast. The home base facility they launch from is gorgeous and very clean, well organized. The buffet was delicious and fresh. I have time to shop at phi phi islands. Didn't feel rushed at all. The staff is beyond kind, they are very knowledgeable and kind. Overall, it was an amazing experience tour. Highly recommended!! Be aware that traffic in phuket is pretty pretty heavy, so depending on where you are staying, the bus could take up to 2hrs to take you back. But that is out of their control. Just try to take a nap until you reach your destination. They take an A+++ rating!!! Thank you, Queen Nacy, Pinky, Captain Shumacher, and the crew of Orange #9!

Top organization, barely finished the payment when the operator contacted us by text message to confirm the bus time for the next day. Everything went perfectly well, I only have good things about it as well as the lunch, just a little spliced for my children.
On the other hand, far too many people for my taste on the islands, beaches and snorkling sites.
I think you should do it once but no more.

The taxi for pick up was 45 minutes late. The life jackets buckle was all broken on all the life jackets. Drinks were not offered to all passengers. Apart from the guide, the crew was a bit moody. It's not worth the experience with this company.

Morning delays always happening. Not just us. All it operators same. Due to their child and other reasons people can not come meeting point at time. That’s why we pick up a bit early to avoid those problems. Late pick ups doesn’t affect our departure time 09:30 am.
For the life jackets it’s so funny that you have checked all life jackets in boat and find out those are broken. Why don’t you just report to TripAdvisor. If its correct they willl remove our Tour immediately. Even they won’t ask us. Anyway I don’t know how much you paid by other companies. Better instead of applauding other company, just tell the company name you work for. ;)

The day I was there; JJ offered a guy snorkelling goggles he said I don't think I can with my glasses and she Said no. To me you can't use theirs with your glasses but if you had your own on tour, wear them it's your choice, I would try my own snorkelling mask/goggles with my glasses before i go at the pool or beach then you will know if it works for you :) go on the tour it's awesome
