参加两天三晚的sapa 火车行，火车虽然不是挺舒适，但也是另一种体验。导游Lala英文非常好，介绍很棒，沿路风景很美，刚好去的时间云雾缭绕，非常美丽，不同于照片片看到的翁翠，别有一番风味！

Nice selection of Vietnamese delicacies through an interesting walking tour guided by Harry who is friendly, patient and accommodating. Started the tour at 5 pm was a good way to enjoy dinner over several stops and getting to see Hanoi Old Quarter.

Gathered alongside a dear friend, we embarked on a culinary adventure, a Food Tour of Hanoi. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision, hastily booked on the very same day. The timing was flexible, allowing us to choose a perfect moment within our limited timeframe before departure.
At 14:30, we arrived at the agreed meeting point, where we met our guide, Gene Dang. From the moment we laid eyes on her, she enchanted us. With her warm and open demeanor, and impeccable English, she effortlessly broke the ice, and we were soon on our way to our first destination. Time flew by as we engaged in captivating conversations about Vietnam's unique characteristics, the origins of street names, and, of course, its tantalizing cuisine. It was delightful to gain such valuable insights.
Our first stop led us to a quaint, home-owned street food restaurant, where we indulged in a local specialty called "bun cha." It was an exquisite choice! With each bite, we learned about the culture of street food establishments and their significance in Vietnamese culinary traditions.
Just a few minutes away, we found ourselves savoring a delectable barbecue Banh mi. Here, we discovered more about local peculiarities and the art of handling sauces in Vietnam. The flavors were unbelievably delicious, truly a feast for the senses.
As a prelude to dessert, Gene had one more specialty planned for us: dry pho. It was a culinary masterpiece, leaving us in awe of its taste and presentation.
And then, we ventured forth to our dessert destination. Gene handpicked two local delicacies for us to sample. I must say, I am still floating on cloud nine! Vietnamese cuisine is a true testament to the art of gastronomy, with a strong emphasis on balanced nutrition and flavor. Gene's anecdotes and vast knowledge of Vietnam's food culture made for an incredible afternoon. I sincerely hope to cross paths with her again on our next visit, to delve deeper into the diverse culinary traditions of the world.

Gen was an amazing guide! She took us to some of the best street food spots in the city. We ended up going back to the same Banh Mi spot for the rest of our stay!

Our guide, Rachel, was absolutely fantastic! We got to walk through the streets of Hanoi while being able to ask questions about life in Vietnam. We learned a lot about the culture here and also a lot about food! Rachel is great at speaking English and she is super easy to talk with. We really loved all the food she chose and we'd absolutely do it again! Thanks!

Genevieve our guide was truly superb! Not only was she very knowledgeable, her detailed explanations and background insights were very engaging . She was energetic , thoughtful and very hospitable. Spoke great English too so we learnt a lot . Good selection and mix of sweet and savoury local dishes - what an excellent time. 100percent recommend .

We did a local streetfood tour in Hanoi with our amazing guide Genevieve. She did an outstanding job and brought us to five different food spots and to a café at the train street. We really enjoyed our tour!

We really enjoyed this food tour with Rachel. Everything was amazing and we moved from place to place with ease. Each stop built on the previous one and everything went super smoothly. From fresh to fried, from pho to Bahn mi, we tried it all. The variety was excellent and the quality was really high. Everything we had imagined wanting to try was included plus a few surprises along the way and things we had never heard of before. We went later in the day and did not regret it as the nightlife around us was just beginning and everything was very lively. Rachel was great at making sure we had no seafood (our request) and was super friendly and engaging. The places we stopped were all very different from each other, but none of them were a very long walk away. Highly recommended experience with Rachel.

We went for the tour on 11 May 2023. Our tour guide was Sarah. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She brought us to stalls that sell the nicest and most delicious hanoi street food such as banh mi, dry pho. She also shared alot with us about vietnamese culture and dining manners. We have learned alot from her and enjoyed her telling us stories about her life in Hanoi. The food tour wouldnt have been as fun and fulfilling without our tour guide Sarah.
