从河内定的到南宁，很好的车，不拥挤。接车的店很好找，还是很不错的。可能有些贵一点点，但是也是可以理解的店家要赚钱嘛，只是为了减少麻烦就定啦

在酒店预订沙坝的行程，整个行程临时预定，酒店职员很快的协助我解决车票问题，只是提前两个小时预定也很及时的处理，感谢！

这个行程真的不错，有大把活动等你玩，像是带卡拉ok的晚宴，钓鱼，烹饪课，看日出，太极锻炼，划艇，游览珍珠养殖场，食物新鲜美味。还有这个惊奇的洞穴最让人难忘！

在BC family住了三个晚上吧，价格非常合理。旅店里的人都很年轻，很爱笑，给人暖暖的感觉。你遇到什么问题都会耐心的和你讲，比如帮你订车票，找出租，服务很周到的。店主是个温厚的男子，会弹吉他，喜欢《三国》，临走之前请我们吃了冰激…

Amazing trip ha long, ninh binh, sapa with bc family tour. The tour guide was extremely information and accommodating. Everything was super well organised. We did not have to plan anything.

Our tour was booked via a travel agent and we could be anymore happier. Our guide Alex was full of knowledge and very professional at all times, our driver was very safe, respectful and professional as well.
Lunch was delicious and so much food, bike ride was amazing and the boat ride was relaxing. Our only negative would be the sales people coming back in the boat, very pushy and wanted us to buy the lady rowing the boat drink and food which we did then the lady rowing asked for a tip. We don’t hesitate tipping where necessary and actually gave the lady money and she asked for more money.
Totally recommend this company and day trip but stick to your guns when tipping in Vietnam.
Lunch was delicious and so much food, bike ride was amazing and the boat ride was relaxing. Our only negative would be the sales people coming back in the boat, very pushy and wanted us to buy the lady rowing the boat drink and food which we did then the lady rowing asked for a tip. We don’t hesitate tipping where necessary and actually gave the lady money and she asked for more money.
Totally recommend this company and day trip but stick to your guns when tipping in Vietnam.

Our guide QA mentioned before we started the tour, that the Tam Coc area had hills/mountains similar to Halong Bay. And he was correct. The scenery was amazing. The vast expanse of green rice fields with amazing hills in the background. Just stunning.
The bike ride was easy riding and went along tracks which separated the ride fields. Plenty of time to stop and take in the view
Lunch after the bike ride was very tasty and plentiful
Boat ride. The scenery along the river was again quite stunning. However the boat ride is a return course of 6 kilometers. By the time I got back I was pleased to get off.
The driver was excellent.
Lastly I want to mention our guide QA. He was excellent with a great knowledge of Vietnam’s history. He ensured everyone was looked after and did his best to ensure the trip was enjoyable

To start with we purchased airport transfer and a phone SIM card from BC Family Tours. The transfer went without a hitch. The driver was waiting for us and drove us directly to our hotel. Daisy met us at our hotel to deliver the SIM card we purchased. After installing the card we developed problems with getting internet access. Following several calls to Daisy to try to resolve the problem, Daisy came back to our hotel the next day after her work to bring us a new card — which was service above and beyond! There were technical issues with installing and activating the card that Daisy handled expertly. We were more than satisfied with her level of professionalism. Customer service is the utmost concern to her! Thank you Daisy!!
We also purchased the Amazing Ninh Binh day long tour which we enjoyed very much. Our guide, Thai, was local to Ninh Binh and proudly shared with us the history and culture of the area and Vietnam in general. The bike ride was fun and interesting to see the countryside from that perspective. Lunch at a local home was delicious and plentiful! The boat ride to Tam Coc was a bit touristy. Overall we enjoyed the experience.
We also purchased the Amazing Ninh Binh day long tour which we enjoyed very much. Our guide, Thai, was local to Ninh Binh and proudly shared with us the history and culture of the area and Vietnam in general. The bike ride was fun and interesting to see the countryside from that perspective. Lunch at a local home was delicious and plentiful! The boat ride to Tam Coc was a bit touristy. Overall we enjoyed the experience.
