The trip was good, they cared for you every step of the way. The catering was plentiful and tasted lovely, they will also change things if you have dietary requirements. The only thing to know is that it’s very busy out there with so many different boat companies, however it’s well organised.

The day we went was cloudy and overcast, but the mountain islands are beautiful regardless of what the weather looks like.
It was difficult to hear/understand the tour guide due to microphone issues. The bus microphone had too much feedback making it impossible to understand the instructions until our guide was near us. On the boat, it can be too noisy to hear all instructions.
Food was good. We were asked if we wanted vegetarian meals or seafood. I chose vegetarian and we all shared the plates with the table to enjoy seafood and veggies. Tables seat about 6-8 people.
It’s a big cruise boat with a couple levels for dining and top deck for views. On multiple occasions, we tried to spend time on the top deck or around the boat to take photos and were told to go sit inside which was disappointing. I would have rather spent more time outside taking in the views than from a noisy dining area.
My favorite stop of this tour was to the cove where you can either kayak or go in a group boat to go through a cave. We saw monkeys in this area which was neat to see!
These locations are very touristy so there are just people everywhere. I want to do a multi-day cruise visit again hopefully with better weather but I would probably try to book one in a less busy area of the bay.
Overall this experience was okay for our need for a one-day tour. If that’s what you’re looking for then this will cover the highlights of Ha Long Bay.

Our guide Sunny was amazing, very informative and engaging from the moment he picked us up. Long bus journey but it’s worth it, food on the boat was great, and the views were stunning, equally stunning was the cave tour, Sunny gave a great overview of the history of the caves/islands. We made the effort to walk to the summit of Ti Top island, which was well worth the effort, great views!
Overall Sunny and driver (sorry can’t remember name) were fantastic and made the trip so worth while. Would recommend to all.

Very professional all around. They picked us up at our hotel as promised, and the entire experience was great. It is exactly as advertised. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the food, but that’s not their fault because I’m not a big fan of seafood.Again, it’s exactly as advertised and well worth the value.

We had a great day exploring Ha Long Bay through this excursion. We saw the sights of the bay and got to explore caves and mountains as well. We were well attended to throughout, the transport was well organised, and our guide Ken was fantastic, making sure that we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend doing this cruise!

The tour was fine. Sonny, our guide was personable and moved through the day efficiently and with good humor. I would have enjoyed more info about the areas we drove through (since it was a couple hours bus ride each way). The food was good. While the cruise was fine, the Bay and cave are so commercialized and crowded that it wasn't particularly enjoyable. Felt like cattle being pushed through. Not the fault of the guide, just too many tourists in a day.

Thanks to Sunny who made this day unforgettable, he was smiling, funny, available if we needed it. He even helped us arrange our return (as we did not take the bus).

Tour was well managed. The large boat (cruise) was classy and we were well taken care of. The buffet lunch luckily had ample vegetarian options. Our guide Sunny was informative and kept the humour alive. Do keep in mind this is a long day tour owing to the distance to / from Hanoi to the harbour. Would recommend this tour

Sunny is a wonderful guide! Smiling, helpful, always in a good mood, and with great information about the sites visited! I have made memories that will remain engraved for life and I can only be grateful to him for that. Sunny is super funny, always with very tasteful jokes, for my part! I highly recommend it, even an obligation if you are in Hanoi, rush without hesitation!

Not really sure if you want to go by yourself. As I know, people go there with the group and with the tour leader. You can double check on the website directly about check in hour and how much the cost is.

Thank you very much for your attending to our services.
For 2 days 1 night trip, we spend the interesting activities:
- Day 1: start from Hanoi around 7h30 -8h45 am.Arrival Hon Gai port at around 12h30.
Day 1 visit: Thien Canh Son cave- a beautiful cave in Bai Tu Long bay. Then enjoying the Kayaking and cooking class. Evening njoy chatting at the bar or enjoy some night fishing.
- Day 2: We visit ancient Vung Vieng floating village by small bamboo boat for an hour. We finish and check-out the cruise at around 11h30 am.
Those are in brief activities. Let's join in the trip to get more interesting services.
On 28 December, we are still available for a room for 3 of you sharing (triple room) or 2 rooms (a Double room and a Single room). We hope to have a chance to welcome you to our cruise and enjoy your Halong bay - Bai Tu Long bay trip!

We would like to confirm that the price for trip includes:
- Two ways transfer - pick up/drop off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area to Halong bay and back.
-Bottle of mineral water in room
- 03 main meals ( 2 Lunchs and 1 Dinner) and 01 Breakfast
- All the activities which includes in the Itinerary is included in the tour price.
- The bus will drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. However, if you prefer to transfer to Hanoi airport, we are available for a private car at USD 11for a 4 seated car.
