参加两天三晚的sapa 火车行，火车虽然不是挺舒适，但也是另一种体验。导游Lala英文非常好，介绍很棒，沿路风景很美，刚好去的时间云雾缭绕，非常美丽，不同于照片片看到的翁翠，别有一番风味！

Andy was our guide and he was a very caring and knowledgeable guide all throughout the trip. Our entire family was well taken care of by Andy, especially my aged mother who had difficulty getting up and down the bus, but Andy was there to help. We appreciated this so much. In addition, he kept us captivated with his interesting account of historical events behind the places he brings us to. We will highly recommend any tour guided by him!

Such an amazing day seeing beautiful sights outside of Hanoi! The hike up the mountain gave some absolutely gorgeous views and the trip was very well-managed. Lucy who booked us gave us great advice on what would be best this time of year and what fit our particular appetites for adventure. This trip is a great mix of exercise and beautiful sites. The boat ride was absolutely stunning and very peaceful, and not overly crowded. The food was surprisingly good as well! The tour guide didn’t really provide much information but he got us to each site. Definitely recommend this fantastic excursion!

Trang An seemed a bit boring, because there are not many things to see there, but otherwise the trip is very spectacular and highly recommended: Hoa Lu is a boat trip with great Avatar-like views, Mua Cave is another great sight-seeing place with high selfie-potential. :-)
I recommend to take some food for the tour (water is given on the bus), because distances can be lengthy.
Took this trip in Ha Noi near the cathedral by advice of a very nice guide Lucy. She patiently spent time with us while we were selecting tours. A very dedicated employee and a nice-looking girl. :-)
P. S. Another recommended tour from this agency is Ha Noi Street Food tour. But be prepared to eat a lot of chili pepper for the sake of safety.

After walking into Alice’s travel agency and acquiring some initial information to Ninh Binh - we compared with a few other options around the area. We found Alice is extremely detail-oriented and patiently explained the tour agenda to us when comparing to other agencies who offered a cheaper rate. We decided to went with Alice nevertheless and she even suggested places to visit in Hanoi with food recommendations. The full day tour to Ninh Binh was spectacular although the tour guide is a bit messy, but we had fun overall. Thanks again for your assistance Alice! Love, Ming & Linky

We did this excursion on our last day in Vietnam and it was definitely worth it. The organization was great, starting from Lucy at the office in Hanoi, who continuously offered help and support, and continuing with Loan, our local guide who lead us through the different areas, who was prepared and very nice.
The visited places are beautiful, the Pagoda, the boat tour and the final sunset view from Mua Cave will be among our best memories from Vietnam.
100% recommended.

Awesome trip and amazing experience. the scenery of the temples, self peddled raft was an amazing two hour experience with beautiful scenary as well as friendly locals that worked hard to peddle the rafts. Do give them a little tip as well as they are villagers/ farmers doing this as a side job. Visited kong skull island's shooting scene and other areas as well. Our Tour guide Trang was well versed with her information and experienced in what she does and we need not worry about anything but enjoy. Overall a very satisfying and amazing trip.

Our guide was very meticulous throughout the tour and made sure we were all well taken care of. We learnt quite a bit about Vietnam through him as well.
The boat ride was very relaxing, definitely perfect for anyone who wants to just enjoy the scenery.
