We had a very nice mini cruise. The stay was very relaxed and the organization went smoothly. Very friendly and very courteous service on board. We would book it again at any time.

The crew on the boat were so polite and organised. Nothing seemed to be a problem at all for them. Kayaking and swimming excursions were well organised and had plenty of time to enjoy them. The food on the boat was great and plentiful. Transport from and to Hanoi was also well organised.

We were there for 3 days 2 nights and it was great! Daisy, our tour guide, was fun and informative and all the workers on the cruise were kind and accommodating. I would recommend this cruise to everyone!

We had a great time on this 3 day 2 night cruise !
Our suite was at the back of the boat with a private wrap around deck off our bedroom. Our room was really beautiful and very comfortable. I have never experienced such high quality of customer service by any staff ever. The food was excellent and activities were really fun.
I highly recommend this stunning cruise as part of your trip to Vietnam 🇻🇳

I am hoping to book a 2 night cruise for myself and one other person. Could you please explain the difference between:
- The 2nd floor Balcony-Halong Bay option, and
- Trekking-Biking-Kayaking tour, and
- Premium balcony on 2nd floor.
Can you bike on this islands if you do not choose the biking option?
Do you go to both Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay on all tours?

Do all rooms really have a jacuzzi and balcony or is that additional cost at booking time? Are the views from bedroom gorgeous as pictured with large windows? Is there a way to request and upgraded view room?

There is a large bath tub with jets in each room. Each has a balcony but some are higher than others (I believe, I paid for a higher balcony). My room had large windows. The pictures I've posted are of my room.

The girl on our trip who didn’t cycle went on the back of a motorbike. I do believe there was gold buggy type transport too but I can’t confirm as most in our group cycled with the exception of the girl. Might be best to contact the company directly to confirm.

Wifi is good if cruises are docking at harbor, but it is slow or no signal if you visit far from Mainland. But somtimes, u can connect to wifi
