What an incredible and informative tour! Afterwards, Kien and Linh went above and beyond in helping me arrange transport and schedule the next part of my trip, in addition to giving me great advice and recommendations. They genuinely want their clients to have the best experience, personalized to individual preferences. I'm so grateful for their kindness and service. These are two of the friendliest people you'll meet in Vietnam!

Excellent bike tour, a great way to see the city, really friendly guides and very knowledgeable, felt safe on the bike even amongst the busy traffic, I highly recommend them.

Really nice, fun and helpful! They make you feel safe in this chaotic traffic. With them you can visit locations that usually are not that easily available to foreigners. They also bring you to places where you can try really delicious egg coffee and traditional food as part of the tour. We fully recommend it.

Mein Guide Kien war pünktlich beim Hotel und er zeigte mir in den 2 Tagen Hanoi und Umgebung von einer ganz anderen Seite, als man es als gewöhnlicher Tourist erlebt.
Mit dem Motorrad fuhren wir durch Gassen, Wege und Strassen, welche nicht mit Autos oder Bussen befahrbar sind.
Auch die nicht üblichen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren genau nach meinem Geschmack, da fast nie Touristen anwesend waren, teilweise waren wir sogar alleine da.
Das Beste war natürlich das Erlebnis, die pulsierende Millionenstadt auf dem Sozius zu geniessen.
Mein Guide Kien war natürlich auch ein entsprechend guter Rollerfahrer.
Fast nicht zu glauben wie die tausenden von Motorräder sich durch den Verkehr bzw die Kreuzungen wursteln. Es ist teilweise Millimeterarbeit.
Auf jeden Fall kann ich Hanoi Happy Tour und den Guide Kien wärmsten empfehlen.
Ausserdem spricht er gut englisch und geht auf Wünsche ein.
Super gut gemacht Kien.

La mejor experiencia en Hanoi. Conocer Hanoi por dentro. Muy recomendable, ços conductores muy prudentes y en ingun momento tienes sensacion demiedo. Perfect Tour

Je vous recommande kien , très gentil il vous fera le tour de la ville. Il s’arrête pour vous prendre en foto vous donner des explications. La visite etait parfaite.

It was truly an amazing and fun experience to have been able to tour around the city through a motorcycle under the heated sun. I was surprised my tour guide Kevin speaks fluent English so it was not that hard for us to communicate with each other. He has better English than I do, actually!:) One thing I enjoyed the most i is the "Train Street" where I got to taste the famous egg coffee as well. Just one word Awesome! Looking forward to see Hanoi again in my future travels.

We choose to have a look of Hanoi with a motorbike tour. Our guide, Kevin, was excellent, showing us with passion his city, providing us nice explanations, answering all our questions. The best at the end: to witness the train coming from a cosy bar, drinking the local coffee :)

We engaged Happy tours after reading all the wonderful reviews. Kein (Kevin) and Linh arrived at our hotel on time and picked us up for our tour.
Why Motorbike tour - 1. you get to go visit places where they are not accessible by cars. 2. Easy manouver around Hanoi traffic. 3. You get to ride through small alleys to see how local people live.
Why Hanoi Happy tours - Kevin (Kien) is a very knowledgeable guide. He knows his Hanoi inside out. He told us about all the history and background on each attractions. In addition, Kevin (Kien) and Linh are wonderful and sincere people. We became friends along the way. They even bought us small snacks so that we can sample local Hanoi delicacies.
What did we cover - all the usual Hanoi attractions + all the beaten tracks such as the train track (long bien bridge), plantation (so peaceful!) and ended up having egg coffee at the unique train track station.
I recommend this tour because I believe the people (Kien and Linh) are sincere and really keen to introduce their country and city to tourists. I wish them all the best.

I took the bike tour with Hanoi Happy Tours, starting at about 5pm, exactly where the roads get all super busy and crazy. It was a quick and simple tour to some sites in Hanoi, but one major highlight of the city for me is actually it's traffic.
With a seemingly endless stream of traffic and swarms after swarms of motorbikes... just how amazing was it to be right smack in the middle of the action?
This is an excellent way to experience the chaotic, yet fascinating traffic of Hanoi. The truly local way.
My guide was Linda. More than explaining the basic background of the places we visited, she was a skillful and VERY safe rider, which is important. We later met up with Kevin for egg coffee by the railway and had some good chats. They both speak good English, were very relaxed and friendly, and absolutely non-pushy at all. I appreciate their passion and efforts in wanting to do a good job.
