6/5 over the rating scale! The whole experience was wonderful, felt welcomed from the beginning. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming even with the hustle and bustle outside. I would come back for sure. The staff was very nice and the massage was excellent. Thank you for the wonderful service

This was a great place to attend. My partner and I had a great experience. We arrived a couple minutes early and we were checked in right away. Some tea and a snack while you fill out a quick form. The service left me feeling great and my skin feels amazing after the treatments. I would definitely return to this business if I were in Hanoi again.

One of the best couples spa in Hanoi. Just finished with our 3 hour massage with Annie and Helen and they were top notch. The front desk Andy was very tentative and just made everything top notch. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to this spa. Thank you again Serene Spa!

Excellent service, beautiful atmosphere and very good massage! Highly recommend the package for couples (bath tub, oil massage, body scrub and facial massage).
