This being my first cruise ever it surely did NOT disappoint. The views, the services, the food, everything! Thanks to the friendly staff, like Hao, Son, Flora, and Jack! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. On the cruise, the staff takes care of everything and it feels like you don't even have to lift a finger. The food was great (besides a dry muffin haha) and the activities were so much fun! I would recommend it if you only have a few days in Ha Long Bay and want to make the most of your time.

We had a wonderful trip all thanks to the sweetest crew ever. Boo, one of the crew members, had the warmest smile and attended to us with utmost consideration and care. Although I came with my parents, the crew(Mr.William and Ms.Hao) made me feel like I was around my friends. I’m always going to hold on to the memories I’ve made on this trip. I hope to come back and meet them all again someday in the future. ❤️

Staff was great. Leo & Daisy were fantastic host and hostess’s. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cruise for Ha Long Bay!!

We went on a 3 day cruise as a family which we really enjoyed. The view from the rooms were beautiful and the food was very delicious. The tours were interesting. The staff on board made our stay really pleasant.
The only downside was that some places on the ship looked outdated and the rooms were not cleaned up properly in the morning.
Thank you Duy, Hao, Hoa, Duong and all the others for making our stay as nice as possible 👍🏻

Si vous choisissez cette croisière de 3 jours et 2 nuits demandez bien une chambre au 3 eme et sur l’avant du bateau qui sera beaucoup plus au calme que celle que nous avons eu : la 304 qui se situait juste sous la terrasse extérieure et en face des escaliers => tres bruyant et très mal insonorisé
La nourriture est correcte mais rien d’exceptionnel, le buffet pour le petit déjeuner n’offre pas beaucoup de choix….. attention les boissons sont environ 3 fois plus chères qu’en ville heureusement qu’il y a le happy hours au bar le soir avec 50%
Les excursions sont biens et celle du 2eme jour en vedette rapide fut exceptionnelle car nous étions les seuls clients => inoubliable !

Many things were great. Particularly the scenery. Unforgettable. Staff were nice esp Flora and Duy.
Room was nice. Boat facilities in general were fine.
However, the food was very disappointing and this was the feeling of many people we spoke with. Certainly not fine dining. Thought the boat spent too long anchored. Would have liked more cruising.
Even basics like toast and tea and coffee prices problematic quite often. The transfers to and from Hanoi were great and the communication by Duy was very informative.

Pro:
-The only good thing I can say about this trip is the scenery and the view is superb. My family really enjoyed the magnificent view of Halong Bay.
-Mr Duy, the manager on the cruise is very informative and tried at his best to entertain the guest. Kudos to him.
Cons:
-If you are Muslim, please clearly stated and ask about the meals they prepared for you. You will only be served with terrible vegetarian food.
-The cruise only sailed for maybe less than 3 hrs. The rest of the trip was just anchored.
- Time for kayaking, cave visit was very short.
-Majority of the crew was unable to speak in English.
-The room was in unacceptable condition based on the 5 star they claimed and based on the price we paid.
-1 of the F&B crew was super arrogant. Asked my family to change table just because he refused to set the other table and this happened twice. When we challenged his instruction, he said the table was booked and when being asked when the other guest booked the table, he cannot answer. When we called the manager, the manager give a straight answer which is no problem to occupy that table and no such thing as table booking. Unacceptable behavior and attitude for this kind of service.
Spend your money somewhere else. Dont get fooled by the “5 star cruise experience”. And if this is really 5 star, i can’t imagine what will be the experience on 3 star cruise there.
