Outstanding service from Kathy for our Halong Bay trip. We booked through Viator, who then passed to Indochina Beauty for our 2 day 1 night to Halong Bay. We were placed on the amazing V Spirit Premier and would thoroughly recommend. There are so many companies to choose from it becomes a bit overwhelming, but I would stop looking, and just book this one. From contact in advance, to pick up, the planning and organising, the itinerary to the actual boat itself it was perfect and great value for money. Kathy was professional and faultless, thank you for making our visit so very special! Amazing!

Really good agency with nice people who take care of you!!
They really want that you have an incredible expérience in Vietnam.
I did 3 differents trips with them and everything was perfect.
I discover much more that I was thinking always in a friendly atmosphere.
They propose typical trip with high quality of services.
I will come back !!

Después de mirar muchos cruceros di con Kathy a través de Facebook. Atenta, educada y contestando todas nuestras dudas y preguntas.
El crucero es estupendo, te recogen del hotel y te dejan donde más te interese a la vuelta.
Camarotes grandes, limpios y con balcón. Actividades bien porque es para descansar, no como otros cruceros que tenían muchas actividades. Salida a una cueva en barca típica, cena con algún que otro pequeño espectáculo, tuvieron el detalle de felicitarnos el aniversario de boda, pesca del calamar. A la mañana siguiente excursión en kayak y demostración culinaria, vuelta para Hanoi. La comida está dirigida para que pueda comer todo el mundo. Cuando volvimos al hotel donde quedamos en que nos devolvieran estaba esperándonos una staff de Kathy por si necesitábamos algo más. Muy amables.
No cuento todo para que a la gente que vaya le sorprendan algunos detalles.
Si volviésemos a ir seguro que repetiríamos!!!!
