Booking online tickets is a bit higher than buying directly. But when I came, I didn't have to queue. Take tickets and go. The staff even went to find me. Very good service

The second time to Hanoi. And go see puppet. I put onl, when I came to just get tickets and go up. Very fast and convenient, CX chairs are very beautiful. The puppet actor is very clever. I love Hanoi, Vietnam

Organizers changed our show timings without any prior intimation.

Everyone should go to the Water Puppet Theatre! What an amazing performance, in a great building. The view was good from any seat in the auditorium, and the puppeteers were so talented. Buying our 'Skip the Line tickets, meant we didnt have to queue to get in, saving time and standing around in the heat.

A great experience and a MUST in Hanoi - 1000 years of tradition !! Absolutely book in advance ... could not load tickets online - but it was all deposited at the entrance, Perfect!

The show was very cultural and entertaining, this review is nothing to do with the actual puppetry and performance. I am rating this experience 1 star because I was very disappointed that we paid for VIP tickets to be seated in the first 5 rows. But, when we got there, they seated us in row K which is the ELEVENTH row. I knew we were definitely over paying for the tickets (it’s about $8 USD at the door) but I just wanted to pre book and not worry about getting a good seat. Was incredibly disappointed that we didn’t have that great view we paid for :( Don’t purchase the VIP ticket with this company unless you want to be disappointed

Do you have the children fee? We have a kid age 4. Is it a same price ?

There are no 3 day passes but you have the option to purchase a 1 day pass for 140 bhat for unlimited rides throughout the day. You cannot claim back a refund if for example you only end up using this for one trip.
Other option is to purchase the rabbit card which is a top up card. This is a good option if you are a frequent traveller to Bangkok since this card does not expire for 7 years. You can refund any unused credit and deposit at any BTS ticket counter however if I am not mistaken you will not receive the issuing fee back. I purchased this card during my trip to BKK in July because I visit this city a couple of times each year.
Or you can purchase tickets as and when required at any BTS station ticket machine or counter.
Try out the Klook website or app. I prepurchased my 4g tourist sim, rabbit card and the airport rail pass for a discounted rate and collected them at the Klook booth located in the international airport, on the same floor as the airport rail link. You will also find much better currency exchange rates at the booths located on this floor compared to the booths located upstairs as you exit arrivals.
