Jacky Vietnam Travel EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!

Our group decided to go to Hanoi, Vietnam. We looked at several tour agencies to use for our Vietnam trip. We decided to go with Jacky Vietnam Travel because they provided the best tour options for our group. We are all very happy we chose them - Their tours and services EXCEEDED our expectations! Before our trip began, our tour coordinator, Smiley, did an excellent job preparing us for travel - helped us with our Vietnam visa, prepared a special banner to welcome our group which we used in most of our photos, arranged to have SIM cards available for our group when we arrived in Vietnam for our phones! She also coordinated all our fantastic tours in Hanoi and Halong Bay (hiking, boat cruise, boat rides, kayaking, and special activities like singing karaoke after dinner on our overnight cruise) and wonderful meals - breakfast, lunch and dinners- which our group loved!! She and Jacky Travel were so focused on attention to detail. 2 of our group members had birthdays during this trip and she made special arrangements for a birthday cake to celebrate their birthdays without our group knowing). Our tour guide, Phong was absolutely awesome! He was very entertaining, knowledgeable of Vietnamese history and culture, helpful, and very accommodating! Overall, our group gained a great appreciation, admiration, and respect for the beautiful Vietnamese culture, its people and country and would whole heartedly recommend Jacky Vietnam Travel to those wanting to travel to Vietnam!!

Excellent service by Jackie travel especially the tour guide Mr Fun. He even brought us to see Night Train in Hanoi.

The best solo travel ever ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Vietnam is my 10th country and 16th international travel, but for the first time, I asked a tour company - Jacky Vietnam Travel - to organized my trip. Covid-19 pandemic put some challenge on tourism as there are things you cannot do solo unless you’re willing to pay extra. Thanks to Jacky for maximizing what I can do on my budget without sacrificing my travel experience by making sure that the itinerary is efficient and packed.
Also, Hanoi is not that popular destination for a Filipino like me and not everything you can google is realistic thus, it’s better to trust people who have been doing this local tour management for years. I checked their FB’s background and impressed with what clients have said.
Jacky does the overall coordination from transfers, accommodation and tours. He made sure that the itinerary is strictly followed so I felt so safe and not having any uncertainties on what could happen next. I think that’s the best advantage of having a package tour as doing DIY will tend you to extend on some location and most likely not finished your itinerary completely. Also, since everything was paid ahead, you will not worry to get short on your fund - management of money is something you consider for sure.
Lastly, the best thing was that Jacky arranged tours based on my preference - you can customized your tour and Jacky will arrange things to join you in other so you will not end up spending more. It’s the collaboration that makes things really great!
Hanoi seems to be underrated but this is beautiful and a very safe location even if motorbike riders are very aggressive 😂 People are very kind and helpful too . The guides are very accommodating to took photos for me so I actually was not able to use my DJI Osmo at all😀
